I've seen various myths about Pearl Harbor for years. So, back in 1992 I started digitizing documents straight out of the Pearl Harbor Attack
Hearings. I was given all 40 volumes of the Hearings in 1965 by a neighbor who bought them the day they were published by the GPO. He advised me that
that "The proof that FDR let it happen is in there somewhere." After years of reading the documents I came to an interesting conclusion: He didn't
"let it happen".
