Unusual Abduction Scars on my Arms

First i dont mean to make fun of u being abducted or not because i think its real, however did u ever think u might have a fungus...i have same types of marks over the years.....omg and my son has marks that look like stigmata....like he was beat with a whip or something.....life is strange

I also have these but , actually its more not just above my elbow same spot both arms but also under the elbow so there are four main lines i notoce on my right arm and i only see two on the left, also my moles come in pairs mostly up my right arm both side of my neck and shoulders
I dont remember being abducted but do recall a few weird dreams. Also those weird lines, they look and feel like scars almost, and had them since i can remember and was always fixat

I threw the second pic into my photo software and tweaked it some. I just got no idea what it is, but here you go:
