This is the part that I don't get...
Lets say NK does indeed launch it... Ok... US or Japan or SK will take it down. Retalliation occurs, and NK launches nukes...

Now, my question is, can't they just shoot down the nukes??? I know they have to be detonated (or would it be detonated as it goes down?)?

I just think it's saying that it hasn't been launched yet at all.
