Jon Stewart calls Protesters "Anarchists"

Jon Stewart in reporting Obamas outing to England for the G20 Summit briefly touched on the protests that are occurring calling the participants "Anarchists" not even describing the places they had "bombarded" or their reason for doing so. I will have to see if i can find a link to the episode as soon as it is available. Unless of course someone else can get it here first! Please!

Since the Jim Cramer episode The Daily Show seems different, or maybe it's just me. Lots of nothing about nothing, almost like their reruns from this time last year. Like nothing is happening out there that's really worth talking about on this show.

In the defense of the protesters and even oddly a reporter form CNN; CNN report on G20 Protest

She tries to explain the fact that the protesters might actually have a point, a message. She also makes it a point to state that the bank was closed. Im rather happy of that fact at least. There is a male correspondent as well but he seems avid on pushing the "Anarchist" label.

If i have noticed one thing lately, it's that some T.V personalitys reporters/entertainers what have you, are all asking the right questions or throwing out ideas that i didn't believe a lot of people would be made aware of lately.

If anything i find it a bit scary, as if its getting close to the end so it doesn't really matter anymore what we know or think or get angry about. Unless of course this all ties into the forced police state through "necessity" to protect the people from themselves of course. Who knows

I have to edit to explain in watching the video again that this female reporter was by no means rooting for the protesters or thought they were right, but she did ask a couple of good questions. I wonder if she intentionally did so in order to reveal information without trying to say it was her opinion. It would seem like a good way, just like the colbert reports' interview with the woman from Africa Dambisa Moyo. That interview put out a message of what could be in store for america.

Though apparently more people get their news from there than other places sourcing Comedy Central for news and posting them in the General Conspiracy forum is, well ...

So....what is your point? The majority of the Protesters were in fact Anarchists. Those who wished to remain peaceful, and/or were interested in picketing due to job loss, were a drowned out minority during the entire event.

Anarchists don't group. THerefore they were socialists/communists that the media uses to demonize libertarian anarchists that wouldn't even think of attacking but only in retaliation or defense of liberty.

The media just loves to lump.

Perhaps all your problems come from the presumption that you understand what Anarchism stands for. As if they're mad bombers or can't group together without defeating their purpose. This idea is sadly the direct result of controlled media.

And actually, the video shows at least 2 or 3 protesters in black-bloc attire.

( Fun fact: The color black has been associated with Anarchism for over 100 years.

I dunno, I think the daily show has gotten pretty good. Jon makes some really good points and even criticizes obama better than fox, without "hitting below the belt" if you will
