Sovereign Immunity - I was reading about a 911 lawsuit and the judge used SI to diss miss the case.... what are your thoughts - plse dont move to 911 forum - 911 is just this case... Sovereign Immunity does it apply to Washington DC for crimes committed in the States...? interesting topic huh...
