"Dr Fedoroff has been the science and technology advisor to the US secretary of state since 2007, initially working with Condoleezza Rice.

Under the new Obama administration, she now advises Hillary Clinton.

"We need to continue to decrease the growth rate of the global population; the planet can't support many more people"

"Decrease the growth rate..."

That could mean working on lower birth rate incentives (I wish they'd make up their mind).

Freeing up abortions, making birth control mandatory, or goodness stiffer penalties-or even ones enforced for statuatory rape.

Then again, if they legalized prostitution there would be less births, imo.

I hope they don't mean they are going to take a kill off the elderly and infirm stance. I had to wonder with the right to suicide laws how much those may be misused or fraudulated.
