We dont have ta read it you know!

There are plenty of other threads that make postive mojo if you need it!
How bout some comedy, thats better anyway!www.youtube.com...
(warning potty talk! minors do not listen to)

Either way, makes no difference. Events will play out regardless of our hurt feelings.
The ones that have seen it coming are the ones that are
prepared anyway. The ones that aren't? Well.................

Ouch, did someone step on your toes? If you were prepared and wore steel toed boots that would not happen. Couldn't resist.

How dare you or anyone else have the audacity to look into my future and tell me what I'm going to need.

I am retired so I can't loose my job. All three of my houses are paid for in full as I paid as they were built. I occupy one and my two children the other two.

You got me there on savings. I never did trust the market or banks. I invested my money in land and other solid assets. Of course that does depend on what you call savings and I might just call walking around money, as we call it in the south.

As far as being ready for the big crash.............well bring it on brother. I'm ready. As I have seen the writing on the wall since 1952.

My car and my truck are equipped with ample BOB supplies. My boat, which is rated to hold 15 passengers is also stocked and ready to hit the open sea or hug a river bank.

I can live very comfortably for at least a year without leaving my home.
Solar power was the last survival gear I installed.

As far as your masses of data and solid analysis I say poop.

Man is the only animal that you cannot be sure of what he might do next. I will take my own data and analysis and survive.

I am not here to be entertained. I'm here to learn and also help those I can.

I am not an idiot and owe no institution or person one thing. I've been preparing all my life.

Yes, I agree, we are in a hell of a mess. But what good is crying and saying woe is me the world is falling apart.

All you or I have is this very minute and now that's gone. Why not be positive? Why accept defeat before it gets here?

I feel it's my duty to instill hope into my 8 grandchildren. They are our future. I will do nothing to dull their dreams. If it takes being positive even in the face of death I will do just that.

Thank you for that! After what has happened in the last, oh about
8 years or so(or is it 30?), I'd say hope is just about all we have left!
We sure spent our future away didnt we? Thanks again for a bright spot Ash!
Not to sound like a doomer(heaven forbid with my name
but be ready for it on this site, the world sometimes ain't a pretty place.
This is hardcore stuff. Kinda like religion, certain things are not tolerated easily.

One does not have to look far to find "+" stuff! What about pets?
What about the look in a childs eye and a cute question?
What about a huge park with green and trees and flower smells
and shouts from kids playing in the breeze. Life is what you make it
not the other way around. There is beauty in everything if you look.
Beauty fosters positiveness. There is always a good side to a situation
also, if you look. Indeed one trick to life is always looking at it as a test and to be thankfull for the trials because it makes us stronger! I have a tough time with it myself but I try always. (I'm high maintenence!)

OK my friend. (Here's a cloth to wipe your brow.) As someone who encourages people to read the New Testament I'm an absolute hope merchant myself. It's not like I get kicks out of spreading negative vibes, then sit back and enjoy watching folks squirm. I'm in here to peel back the veneer from the corporate and government crony agenda-based MSM & join with others to inform myself about what is really going on. It's just a horrendous fact that the economic troubles are going to be so overwhelming for some they'll really struggle to cope. Sharing info about the chickens coming home to roost will hopefully just help some to prepare in advance.

Positive thinking /positive energy may help some to get through, though ultimately it doesn't face up to the causes of the turmoil.

(But if anyone is feeling a bit overwhelmed by the doom & gloom, they're very welcome to come & enjoy the positive vibes over here.)

OK grandma, I'm with you. I said I'm with you. (Stop spanking me...)

Just as long as your preparations for death are as robust as your preparations for economic meltdown.

Yes, Peter Garrett! I actually know that little tidbit!
I read it a few months back! (like I say, I'm a fan!)
I doubt many Americans know that at all! (Or care about the environment)LOL Im kidding around! Remember its not all doom and gloom!
See you guys have it figured out! We've had lawyers and oilmen running this place! LOL Explains alot! Oh and one actor, go figure!

I also read how the fans and indigeonous people felt betrayed by Peter.
Do you think this is accurate? Inevitably he will have to make concessions somewhere, I would think.
After all, we can't all have it all! Where would we all put it?

I like Steven Wright also!

The Crock Hunter was the best though, I still miss him.

Well he went from being very outspoken to "towing the company line" pretty quick

You can understand why people feel he sold out.

I always wonder if toeing the line is required to have a safe life!
Everyone has a price or someone they love can be threatened.
Not sayin it happens or doesnt or trying to stir up gloom,
but I just wonder sometimes how much or if it happens. Is that weird?
If the very ones who scream the loudest with the best intentions can be
swayed, what about the interests of the rest of us? Just thinking out loud.
Thanks for putting up with it! Peace and cheers!
