I got you loud and clear. Sorry for pranking all of you by accident, I thought (hoped!) it was real.

I really think the NWO has some insiders in there mixing it up, getting people enraged, this will just bring tougher laws.

If I were to organize one of these, which I think organization might be impossible, it would be an interlinked moving line, through town, disrupt traffic flow, use the traffic against them in moving the dignitaries around, start early in the day.

A human chain moving very slowly with 1000 people would pretty well shut a city down. If you could go around a block, even better.

The lack of movement and the focal point gives the police a place to contend with. A peaceful ever moving line is harder to focus on one person.

That is my thoughts on it anyway.

Alright?

Not really.

I can understand how tensions are high after some of the heavy handedness of today.

Look at it this way though, if you came on the UFO forum claiming to have seen a UFO, but as yet had no proof, members here would be baying for your blood.

There are many ways someone can die. The guy could have had a heart attack, he could have had something wrong with him that contributed to his death. Yes, he could also have been killed by a police officer.

Fact is, no-one knows yet.

For a site that likes it's facts and proof so much, i thought some of the members here would know better than to spout stuff they have no idea about.

CX.
i have an idea matey i saw him on the floor sorounded by people then eventually carried off into a police cordon before that i think it was a police medic was putting something down his throat, when i got home from the protest my flatmate told me somebody had died of breathing difficulties at the protest!

I am telling you this now because i was there

the police herded us into a tiny space

it looked like this

bank of england protest/police/protestors/police

they herded us in and told us we couldnt leave

then they made us leave and charged us back up the street thats when i came across the man

Thanks for that explanation, especially from someone who was there and saw things happening.

Hopefully someone will come forward who actualy saw the event take place, by that i mean a blow to the head, an injury being caused to this specific man, him having breathing difficulties etc.

I know it sounds like i'm making all the excuses under the sun for the police, but i'm not. I have even said in my posts that they were well out of order at times yesterday.

Yet someone who is having breathing difficulties, the guy could have asthma. I know that won't be helped by the panic of being penned in there, but he could have had other breathing problems?

A police medic putting something down his throat, well if he had breathing problems then it was most likely an airway...to help the guy....although some here will swear by a "rumour" they heard that it was rag to shut him up.

Thanks again for your explanation. Glad you made it out of there unhurt.

It looks like the protester did actually collapse, through no direct fault of the nazi police. BUT would he still be alive if they hadn't been penned in like they were, with no accsess to food or water. Would he have survived if they weren't penned in without access to fast medical help. The police may not have killed him with their fists, but his blood is still on their hands.

There will be a demo at Bank today at 1pm, for a show of solidarity for him.

And news in from Climate Camp. Police still kicking lumps out of women and children. Just heard from a guy whos little sister has just been kicked in the face by the police. Mass Stop and Searches going on, even for the workers going to work.

You're right, if they weren't penned in, medical aid would have come a lot faster.

As for the the guy with the little sister being kicked in the face by the police....a police boot in the face will be devestating and WILL leave injuries....i gather the brother will take pictures of this pics?

Did you just hear this, or is it from a source that can forward pics to you?

He's not there, he just got off the phone from his sister, who is very shaken up. She said that there's a sit down, peaceful protest, and the police are just wading in, kicking, punching and battoning people.

I can see today being alot worse than yesterday, the actions of the police will have some massive backlashes. Especially if they intervene in the solidarity demo. If the protesters can keep their cool again today, then it's another victory for us, even if the media will spin it the other way to make us look bad.

I hope it goes by peacefully today too.

My thoughts go out to the family of the guy who died last night.

Whatever peoples opinions of the protesters, i think his loved ones will one day be happy that he will be remembered for trying to make a change, when others sat by and did nothing.

I'm no fan of the police but I also know that folks lie at the drop of hat and alway look to blame others for their own misfortune. So given the number of protestors and the ability of a phone to take video and transmit it live then there MUST be video footage of the police attcking the protestors........

This is like the UFO stories. Technology has advanced that rapidly that there is no need for word of mouth or out of focus pictures anymore.

Modern multimedia evidence please.

I've only heard passing details about this person dying as am rather busy today. I'm trying to find out more though...

However, for today I am following this for updates...

news.bbc.co.uk...

I wonder how it's going to go today?

I hope that there are no more incidents like this.

My condolences to his family.

Peace,

And again, a person states that peaceful protest is the only option, but what then, what do we resort to when that is consistently ignored and even laughed at?
Things became ugly yesterday outside the RBS when city workers were seen taunting the protesters, waving cash at them from the windows above and openly laughing.
They're happy because they get bailed out with our money, they still get their bonuses, and everyone else, as their "slaves", suffers.

You're offering no alternative for when the government is seriously out of step and damaging the nation and the 60 million people living here.

What do a people do when their government is becoming an oppressive regime, supporting the wealthy and taxing the poor?

Please, I'd like to know. Because everyone who is screaming about how bad a few anarchists are by expressing the anger of the masses, while none of you are suggesting what else can be done to improve the situation!

The government have consistently shown that they couldn't give a f*ck about the people of this country. They don't care that people are angry. They even go so far as to increase their pay right in the middle of all of this!

I'm sorry to say it, but when your government refuses to listen, refuses to work for their people and instead works against them, when they take your money and your future, we have every right to be angry.

They never listened to peaceful demonstrations before, and so now it's come to this as the only option people have. If they had listened, and if this had been a true democracy instead of a false one, violence would never be needed.

Hear, hear!

detachedindividual (and everyone come to that) please write a similar comment on BBC news "Have your say". Let's inundate them with this sort of comment (to knock off balance the more 'capatalist supportive' comments.) The BBC do seem to be allowing comments like this through, for instance:

""The idiot bankers who were waving notes at the protesters yesterday should be prosecuted for incitement or activities likely to cause a breach of the peace." Bob, Newcastle.

I agree, but they should also have the courage to leave their office and do so face to face. Their behaviour yesterday is symptomatic of their response to their own failed system and greed: huge payoffs, government bailouts; all 'done deals' behind closed doors. Come out and face your accusers, you cowards!

exactly dr king and others knew exactly what they were doing in leading up protests

do it peacefully...they wont mind it getting crazy because like you stated they will then be able to force tougher laws and continue their plans...witth a peaceful protest they can do nothing against it

First of all no one was in RBS and it was the ONLY bank down there not boarded up. Insurance anyone?
Second there was ONE man breaking those windows he was surrounded by cameras "go figure".Surrounded by cameras seperated from the crowd then POOF GONE!
After he had gone and broken a couple windows a few others who where all "covered" went in and several came right back out. A few minutes later several people "farther back" in the crowd who happened to have some rather large rocks started throwing them at the other windows. ( yeah there where just HUGE rocks laying on the street)
In a statement from RBS they had said, "their people weren't there they had been moved to another branch" and "the only ones inside the bank where HIRED security". NOT POLICE. The police came in to remove those who had stayed in and gone up to the roof. Hence the 11/12 arrested. If you had seen the helicopter fottage there where protestors and police in yellow jackets on the roof and they where just walking around. Protestors? walking the roof with police?
I watched the whole thing live on three different feeds.

eventually yes we will need to fight back but not right now or things will only get worse and when the time comes to fight it might be too hard to accomplish anything

According to this tweet the man who died yesterday was Ian Tomlinson, 47, on his way home from work at a newsagent

twitter.com...

So if true this poses more questions.
Why was he behind police lines?
How long had he been there?
Was he simply a pedestrian who got caught in the middle of it all?

Well this may seem premature but I think anything the protestors set out to achieve isn't going to happen. The predicable results of the police clamping down and a few APs doing there bit in the RBS.

Hopefully a few of the sheep have woken up for the next stage in the grand scheme of things though
