Seems like all the pics that ATS oohs and aahs over the most won't load for me
I've only seen some 50 pages total, but it is kinda fun to go back in time. ATS posted differently in 2009 than they do now.

ETA: on the one hand, I'm glad I was successful on the upload. On the other hand...why does it have to be so huge!?

You can try doing what I do to shrink down the image (if you have Windows , then it's even easier).
1. Take the photo, and open it with windows photo viewer - make sure the window is not maximized.

2. Search around for a button called "PRTSC" or Print Screen - on a laptop, it might be a function key or require you to press a special key combination.

3. Open Microsoft Paint, and paste the screenshot (if you pressed the print screen, then all you should have to do is press CTRL+V into the paint window).

4. From there, simply crop the part of the image you want, save it, and upload. Roughly half the size of the original photo, and instead of loading a 1mb file, you'll be loading about 250kb file.

I don't know if I'll leave this up! lol!! I took it on December 13th 2013 "selfie" with a camera I found in some junk in my junk room. It has with little, "white dots all over it" not sure what why? (and I didn't shave. .look grubby) just tested it out and up loaded a few pics for face book..

hahaha!! Here's one looking down at camera (with my glasses on)

I would have got cleaned up and put on a shirt and such..if I'd know the batteries would have died. I didn't even know if the thing would work..I "winged it" lol!!

My brother (top) back when he was in the Marines. Grabbed it off my facebook page..

He is a camera ham, wonder where he gets that from. HAHA! When you point the camera and say "cheese" he gives you a cheesy smile! It's so cute!

Yup 7th fleet haze grey and underway,Pearl,Yokosuka and finally Sasebo.
