Yes, we did. The landowner according to my family (we own property near there) is deceased, the family is out of state and doesn't keep the property up.

It is said the woman living there was very mean and would yell at kids to get out of her yard...

Felt illegal as Hell but we did go in, the house appeared to have not been lived in for years. There was a circa 1960's-70's Samsonite suitcase by the bedroom door, packed and ready for an overnight stay somewhere.
We didn't stay in there long, next time we'll go after dark
