Forget It! A Biochemical Pathway For Blocking Your Worst Fears?

A receptor for glutamate, the most prominent neurotransmitter in the brain, plays a key role in the process of "unlearning," report researchers at the Salk Institute for Biological Studies.Their findings, published in the current issue of the Journal of Neuroscience, could eventually help scientists develop new drug therapies to treat a variety of disorders, including phobias and anxiety disorders, particularly post-traumatic stress disorder.

"Most studies focus on 'learning,' but the 'unlearning' process is probably just as important and much less understood," says Stephen F. Heinemann, Ph.D., a professor in the Molecular Neurobiology Laboratory, who led the study. "Most people agree that failure to 'unlearn' is a hallmark of post-traumatic stress disorders and if we had a drug that affects this gene it could help soldiers coming back from the war to 'unlearn' their fear memories."

I can imagine who is going to make use of it.

1984 is ongoing for decades. I think all the tools are already in their hands.

An easier way would be to increase someones fear and induce a psychotropic effect, that way people would wig out and kill each other... hopefully. Plus the drug says it removes your fear, it doesn't make you stupid so i guess it would be a bad thing for the NWO and governments as people would stand up to them.

they are not going to stand against the government. fear is something what makes you act desperatly. and protests, riots, unrests are directed (if not planned by government itself) dy people standing on the edge. people feeling like thay have nothing to loose. fear is a necessary factor.

I saw you mentioned water and air ? how would that work ?
Ive seen members here claim it is impossible to use the air to spread anything but watervapor, and btw, getting to the water wouldn't do all that much, since it is only drunken by everyone alive, so the desired effect would be minimal... ??

Do you have any theories or ideas on this ?? Salute !

and how about the mineral water you buy every day in the shop? it could work.
and even tap water - it is only a economical problem.
