"The overall orientation...is to focus on the why and the what and the rationale as opposed to the who," a senior administration official told FOX News. "One of those principles will be independence so that will certainly eliminate the Treasury Department. But we will not be making a commitment to a specific systemic regulator. The focus will be on the why and the what."

I do know that this is the funniest and most complex quote I have ever seen, in my life. I had to read it 5 times, while laughing to myself.

This is the best answer I can come up with.

One thing I do know is what they are doing is opposite of “INDEPENENCE” , as they claim. They probably added that to appear non- nationalized.

So if the focus is on the why and the what and the rationale as opposed to the who. I would assume it isn’t a typ-O since the Treasurery Department, considering Treasury is not a who.

Kind of sounds like a Dr. Suess book doesn’t it. Damn that’s a good question. You had my head reeling on this one. What do you interperate it to mean?

You are not only a friend but one of the wisest.

Hedge Funds are almost Obsolete. Thank God.

The SEC has failed. It sounds like Obama is trying to replace them.

Whorton hears a Who

In the end it is a ‘‘very small shirker named JoJo’’ whose final addition to the volume creates enough lift for the jungle to hear the sound, thus reinforcing the moral of ‘‘a person’s a person, no matter how small’’.

Is anyone listening???

That laughing little head made me laugh too. I usually get them from those with opposing views. This is the first time I enjoyed getting one. You are quite the comedian. Funny!
I do enjoy being your friend.

I'm glad you helped with "the rationale as opposed to the who," Thanks for the help.

Also very quick witted with the DR. Suess quote. Good one!

Coded Ammo in your head???
Talk about denial...

In an effort to provide law enforcement with modern crime fighting tools, a new patentpending bullet identification technology known as the Ammunition Coding System (ACS) has been developed. ACS assigns a unique code to every round of ammunition manufactured, and by recording sales records, law enforcement personnel will be able to easily trace the ammunition involved in a crime and have an avenue to pursue and solve even the most difficult cases.

It's happening: Socialism is on the way. First they'll want to take over only the companies who's "failure could negatively impact the economy" and then they'll come for the rest. All of this talk of saving the economy through tougher regulations is just propaganda to divert attention from the fact that obama and his administration are installing a socialist dictatorship. Never waste a crisis...

Yes there is a fine line between socialism and communism. I hate so say it but most companies are not considered viable. The fiscal quarter ends the last day of March. The G20 summit is on April 2nd.

The GDP report will be horrible. They already know the numbers. This quarter or next could set off a tsunami of industrial , banking, small business, etc, etc, failures that will induce lots of fear and panic.

I expect the Feds will shut down the banks to prevent a major bank run. They did this recently before FDIC decided to insure 250,000 rather than 100,000. It’s indeed scary!

I am prepared though. I am a survivalist and can take care of myself , without any help from the Feds. I hope people get prepared, a little at a time.

I agree about the regulations and dictatorship. I’m still shocked this is happening in my life time. Too many things fit together.

The puzzle is almost complete and will no longer be considered a conspiracy theory.
