i go through the same thing while meditating! But the weirdest thing that happens to me is that ill meditate and ill hear a plane pass by, and realize thats the first one, and by the third plane passing by, my lunch break would be over..or my brain would tell me to wake up and ill open my eyes and realize theres 3 minutes left to my break, so i get up and say, 3's a cool number to stop at and a minute later they'll call me to help a customer...its like i woke up in order to not get disturbed by my co workers..
