i just did windsprints for 2 miles 1 block on, 1 block walk. i did 200+ russian twists, I can do 300+ pushups in a day for a workout, play soccer for
2+ hours hard, and fight. And I am out of shape right now

But thats not the important part. As a Martial arts instructor, i learned that its not important if I (emphasis on I) can do it, cause I'll be a
leader. Its important that I keep the people around me positive and, more importantly, in shape, ready for a crises to come. I keep my mom in shape,
not my dad, but hes a bad ass, and encourage positive, non alcoholic and tobacco practices as much as i can.
Be an anchor for good behavior. root your "good behaviors" into the ground. All you can do is your duty, no more, but be the best, play like a
