No, I know the government doesn't have anything to do with it, but I think the scary thing is that there is a list and people have actually put people's names on it... that's what scares me.

LOL, in the "Report License Plate Numbers" section of the site listed in the Video you just posted., some of the posters are just too freaking goofy.

There are some weird folks on there though, and some ARE actually posting real Car Descriptions and License Plate Information. In other sections, I can hardly discern who is playing around, and who is serious, they are just so outrageous in their postings. I guess no one told them that the site is a Satirical Experiment, or they simply figured it out, and took it to the extreme.
