I so glad this topic has come up again.....I am currently reading a book by Paul Laviolette who is a PHD in quantum kinetics titled, "Secrets of Antigravity propulsion: Telsa, UFO's and Aerospace Technology".

I have this book and agree it's very good. There is so much information.
It's fairly technical with advanced math equations, but it had good illustrations and explanations.

Any one think the propulsion is magnetic?
Well its not.

Ever see static electricity cause suspension or van de graff used on
Letterman that lifted off pie tins or see the oscillating Tesla cone coil
lift light objects.

Its not that either but close.
Magnets have little effect on air or anything that is not a magnet.
Sure magnets can levitate another magnet.
The electric field apparently does effect the air to a great degree.
And it is accomplished by a coil and voltage charge creation and
makes air as an incompressible fluid as used by ships on the sea.
