Here is the link to an Los Angeles Times article on the recovery of images from the lunar orbiter.

I recall the earlier discussion of the tapes being stored in the abandoned McDonalds

It is rather amusing to reread the many posts that screamed this had to be a hoax with such overt vehemence and conviction.
Is there any word on why after multiple months they have only recovered (or at least released) 2 photos?
