Do you remember the Ufo video, where the orb was like melting? This video reminded me of that. Unfortunatly it is not long.

I agree...looks like a flare. Even though the video is poor quality, you can almost make out a smoke trail as it slowly drops to the ground, then poof, it goes out, just like a flare does.
