BGE Energy to hand out millions in bonues after lay-offs and rate increases

Guys here's another case of big business that is going wild in the streets.
I live in the D.C. area this doesn't affect me as much on the rate hike as I have installed solar panels in my house and I'm selling power back to the grid for the most part. but it effects alot of people in my area when they can't pay their power bills cause BGE raised rates 75% in the last 2 years after local government (de-regulated) them. BGE decided they did such a bang up job at laying folks off and raising rates and striking a deal with a "French power company" they are handing out millions in performance based bonues...
