Telekinesis is the paranormal ability of the mind to influence matter, time, space, or energy without the use of any currently known type of physical means.

Telekinesis is a psychic ability not a paranormal ability. I know this to be true because I have a psychic ability and have been doing years of research to understand why I have this power.

Powers like that developed they are not made. You can't make yourself have a psychic ability, either you have one or you don't.

I've read stories about people who claimed to have learned it
They kept trying and eventually bent the spoon.

Have you ever stopped to think that those people could be just like that woman named Cleo who claimed to have precognitions?

Wait.... whats the difference between learning, and developing...

I disagree, based on my own experience. With meditation and focus anything can be achieved, especially with psychic abilities.

Really all it takes is dedication, focus, will power, and an attitude of non expectancy

I believe that the human race has ''forgotten'' about a lot in the last 4-6 thousand years.

there are always people out there to make money and even those who wish to undermine and misdirect people who truly desire to learn about the supernatural/psychic abilities/pastpresentfuture etc...


the whole idea, however, about everyone easily learning seemingly superhuman abilities, is doubtful. Some people have a propensity towards achieving success and others are prone to giving up before they have even tried hard yet.

It could take a million tries for some. Or you could get it on the first try. Meditation and focus are the foundation...concentration, dedication and purification of the body, mind, and thoughts are extremely helpful as well. Fasting and learning to lucid dream can only help you on your journey to strengthening, developing, and sustaining your ''abilities''....

i just feel like its a gift rather then a power but i have only the slightest bit of it .. some times it works sometimes it doesnt .. but i cant seem to focus on doing it on a regular basis it only really happens when im not expecting it to

If you were able to harness the ability of telekinesis, then you had the power all along. That goes back to what I said before. People who have psychic abilities don't even know it because these powers sometimes come later in life.

My psychic ability didn't start to develop until I was around the age of 6 or 7. Then between the ages of 12 and 13 my ability was more powerful. I'm now 19 about to be 20 and I still have my psychic ability.

This statement has always mystified me. Why would the human race "forget" useful skills, information or talents?

Don't we build on information that works and discard the BS when something better takes its place?

ex. medical science, astronomy etc.

on topic....I don't know if Psi can be learned. Ive been trying to make a psiwheel spin for years. No luck so far.

That's because you weren't born with that psychic power. Either you have it or you don't.

That's because you weren't born with that psychic power. Either you have it or you don't.

A challenge Rocketgirl; prove to me your psychic power. You design the experiment and camrecord it with witnesses.

BTW, I do believe in psi but still need some evidence.

BTW, I do play Texas holdem in the Indian Casinos around here and I have seen "Luck" that borders on the supernatural. At my expense.

To learn psychic abilities, one needs to learn to sit in the quiet of the mind, with the intention of having this knowlage. That "quiet" bit in the mind, when in a deep meditation, in the source of all information. Some call it the quantum vacuum, empty space, which is full of information. Tune into it, and allow it to tune into you. Takes muchos practice, and I'm only just starting, but I can feel a difference in me for doing so. Maybe the fact that you're interested in doing this, shows that maybe you are starting to "develop" this gift. Instead of just plain out right learning it.

I am sorry to have to disagree but you are so very WRONG. I have taught 15 people "telekinetic type's" so far in my life and none of them exhibited "psychic" abilities.
It isn't always something you are born with but EVERYONE is capable of learning anything. It is within the human capacity to learn these things as our nature is one of energetic flow the SAME as psychic energies flow.

I know a guy who made a great course for beginner's to learn how to manipulate energy flows and eventually learn to bend a spoon. Let me see if I can get it on the media portal for you guys to read. Its a six week course.

Please do, i would love to see the video of it. I personally belive that it can be learned, i think that we as a race have not scratched the surface of what our minds can really do. I think that telekinesis can be done by manipulating the 'forces' around us. I think we are all a little off this point though, maybe we had it a while back; but we don't now and i don't think we will for a while...

Please stop advertising. All telekinesis courses are rip-offs.

There is no evidence telekinesis has ever been performed by a human.
All people who claim to be capable of some kind of telekinesis can't prove it under laboratory conditions and I'm sure the previous posters can't either.
