Dear Senator Martinez,

The new Administration in Washington and the new Congress seated with it are causing many citizens growing alarm and panic with legislation like H.R. 1388 regarding mandatory/volunteer/required Civil Service along with a nationalized central Identification System to promote it and outsourcing it to be run by contracting it’s administration to a non-government Corporation.

The language used in this bill is something I would have never thought or sought to see in the United States of America.

It is unconscionable that the citizen’s elected Representatives have grown so distant from the average American’s thinking, desires and needs that such legislation could even be crafted, let alone co-sponsored, let alone being brought up for a vote.

I urge you Senator as someone who knows all to well the shortcomings and perils to liberty and prosperity that socialism and communism lead too, to not only vote against this bill but to devote as much of your time and focus to encouraging your Senate colleagues to vote against this bill.

Senator Martinez additionally I humbly request you reconsider your decision not to run for a second term in the United States Senate. I can appreciate your published sentiments that as a Republican in the minority, that your ability to be effective and craft and enact useful legislation is your motivating concern.

Sir, Americans need you now more than ever. Not to craft and enact legislation but to remain vigil and in open opposition to defeat unconstitutional and tyrannical legislation like H.R. 1388.

If a strong and vocal opposition can’t be maintained in the House and the Senate during these difficult and troubling times where the majority seems to favor socialist solutions then our way of life, along with our liberties and values that once made this nation the shining example of people and government throughout the world, will be lost forever.

America needs you Senator Martinez, it needs you to safeguard America and ensure its survival and it needs you to help defeat H.R. 1388, America desperately needs you to support H.R. 833 to create congressional oversight and auditing provisions of the Federal Reserve.

These are the House of Representatives version of these Bills and both warrant the citizen’s representatives representing the citizens and not the corporate interests fighting for and against these bills or the desire on behalf of too many representatives to create more government for the sake of government itself.

Thank you in advance for your consideration in regards to these vital matters.

Sincerely,

XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX
Constituent & Citizen

I say we give out a "Call to Arms" and ask that any patriots left start organizing for a government take over, a physical take over if need be. Talking, negotiating with tyrants won't work! Just look at how Britain ended up licking Hitler's boots in WW2. Did it work? NO! I'm sorry, but sometimes you have to put away the hippie crap and take real action. Tyrants don't understand the language of peaceful negotiations, they only understand violence and power.

Even if you overpower them so as to get on their knees and beg for mercy, they will STILL not understand the wrongdoings of their action, they will only understand that they were overpowered, but they will find a way to get back in power and bring you down instead. You have to cut the heads off the chickens. Peaceful takeovers in today's greedy money centered world are LAUGHABLE! If you don't believe me, then take a long good look at how well the riots regarding the bailouts worked, then come back to me.

I know it's hard to swallow the notion that peaceful riots are laughable, but they are! To the money men in their ivory towers, all they're looking at is a bunch of mindless drones, whining and crying. They don't care "shout all you want b*tches! I'm still taking away your money and there is nothing you can do!" that's what they're thinking. So what can you do? Strap on a big bomb on their pillar, bring it down along with the money men and FORCE them to face the consequences of their actions.

As a god revering man, some of you might think that I'm being a hyppocrite for condoning such actions. I would say to you to take a look at the old testament, and see that war was also unfortunately necessary in those cases, and it was done in order to bring down people that were plain and obviously wicked. While I don't relish in the thought of having to fight a war against my own government, it is NECESSARY in order to rid the government out of the wickedness that lives there and yes, the international bankers that brought this evil into our world will have to be destroyed as well.

So I say to those patriots that can still organize an armed front, prepare a call to arms, tell your government that if they do not change their ways, they will be removed from power, violently if need be. Declare war if you have to! If you're called traitors by the government, so what? remember that the founding fathers too were called traitors to the british crown too before they became americans.

I have never seen any rep have the gavel hitting so many times before they want Ron Paul out of congress in the worst way. That Missouri sate police report declaring Dr.Paul and his supporters to be "Domestic Terrorists" is only the beginning of a coming crack down on various libertarian movements.

I think we need to start with the media. While Dr. Paul didn't get any mediacoverage during the election, maybe we could help by propping him up. I would venture to say that 90% of people in America have never heard of Dr. Paul. We should all contact our local newspapers and leave messages for speakout forums or letters to the editor. I live in a small community in Missouri, and our local CBS station has a segment called Viewpoint. Dr.Pauls supporters should use these outlets to educate the masses.

well done on the idea OP.........let's see if the ball can get rolling

who knows ....i'm not sure the wilful ignorance of most of the masses can be broken.............what would be the pleasure they would gain from realizing just how bent over they are and how little the gov't cares about their well being.......i think the majority of sheeple w wives and children are more concerned with paying their bills and dealing w/ their issues then allowing themselves to care about something they probably believe they are helpless to effect.......unless of course you can get the ball rolling with something........

Seriously, I think Ron Paul needs to go around the Congress. When I mean that, he needs to start speaking at different conferences all over the planet and globe and at all major schools. He has to ripple his voice across the nation because even though he tells it like it is in his floor speeches, congress doesn't give a damn. Congress is obviously being bought out by some institution.

We, the United States of America, the People of the United States of America need to fight back for our rights. We're being controlled by the Fed (even though it's a god damned private BANK) and they're just using money to enslave our own selves. We need to get rid of of the Fed Reserve Act of 1913. Go back to the Gold Standard, get rid of the Dollar Bill, and get rid of all this DEBT that we have (because the people on top are the ones collecting it all trying to control the world)

I dont think this video has been posted from yesterday...
Paul asks Bernanke & Geithner if they are acting on the assumption that capitalism has failed...

Really interesting...he says the little man is going to pay the penalty for Wall Street failures.
