Well, as in my videos, if it is a psychosis, it is a shared psychosis with other people who heard it in my presence. And, it is not tinnitis, the hearing specialist I trust knows these things.

Well I watched all of the vids. I must say that I was kind of skeptical about some of the things you were saying, yet out of sheer curiosity I began a similar outdoor meditation. I'm not sure if it was coincidence or synchronicity, but I did receive a visual confirmation of my intent to be in contact. Odd as it may sound I felt as if a consciousness was listening. I will continue this outdoor meditation/communication and see what else I can come up with.

I am sure your feelings are correct, and thank you for trying the process. As you might already know, for each person who accepts a truth wholeheartedly, the door is opened for thousands more. I will do up a video in the next day or so that has focus on my process.

About the ringing in the ears, I believe there's this physical body but also a counterpart, which I guess most people call a lightbody. When the ringing in the ears start to manifest it means the hearing functions of the lightbody are coming online, however unlike physical ears when you hear something it has a source (which can be seen and touched) and you might hear several sources at the same time while still be able to understand them, it all happens automagically (it's something we've learned while growing up, to differentiate and interpret). The lightbody needs to do the same, the mindseye should be able to see the source of the sound and it might even be it can have a scent or texture to feel so the mind can make something out of it that it understands.

But with the lightbody it must be learned again, it isn't something that just happens. Hearing the "astral" sounds takes practice (yes, more hard work) to tune into a sound or to shut it out (ignoring it). If you don't practice how to use the hearing ability it will simply stay a ringing sound, no sense can be made of it, basically hearing all astral sounds at once. Because no one living (that I know of) has mastered these senses there is no one to learn from unlike the physical where each human learns how to deal with existing like this by copying their parents or anyone in their surroundings. This makes it all very difficult and hard.

This is just my belief and has worked for me; sometimes the sounds are very loud sometimes they fade into the background and don't bother me. Science explains the ringing as simply damage to the ears because of being exposed to loud noise sometime in life (walkmans, standing near speakers at a concert). Anyone with ringing should always let their ears checked out by doctors. Not that it matters much because they can't heal it anyway.

I have a constant "ringing" in my ears but its not entirely a ringing noise. Its just a very high buzzing/ringing/tone/frequency. I only noticed this once I actually started down my spiritual path. When in deep meditation it is overwhelming and becomes incredibly intense, but not in an uncomfortable way. It's usually most intense when I'm completely seperated from my body, its tottally wonderful in every way.

I also notice the more I'm around electronics and distracting frequencies it becomes almost impossible to hear, but its still there, just very very faint.

Yes, I am starting to think that I had been working on my lightbody for alot longer then I thought, and that I am further along than I realized and that last year when that energy hit me, and the ringing hit it, I did not only activate just one or two of these crystals that Jeilia talks about in her Nibiruan Council, but that I got the whole thing activated at once with one big bang. I have been doing alot of reading and it seems to be I am quite far along in this ascension process.

It is interesting. I know that I am close to using it. Sometimes now I can hear pressure as if when a person talks to you, but there is nothing audible yet. Sort of like having a cold in your ear, but there is not cold. I will post any new info here I learn to help others out with this.

Many years ago in my early 20's I had bad night terrors. A psychic 24 years later said, in your early 20's you had a major problem, and the spirit says that this will never happen again, it was because your astral body took many years longer than other people. So maybe that is why I am ascending different.

As you say, there is not book on this, it is trial and error, but I am receiving guidance, the information will come to me.

You are experiencing exactly what I am. I suspect you are quite far along in your light body. Have you other symptoms yet. Two weeks ago I started feeling a strange energy, it is like a shimmy or shudder, sort of like a small battery running through your body, it can get intense, and I can feel other peoples aura's as they walk past me, or if I am close to certain personalities I think that I might be sending them energy, I can feel an energy transfer that seems to happen automatically.

I have noticed that pressure you spoke of above as well.

As per other symptoms, I have started noticing golden particles that appear out of absolutely nowhere and they just filter in through the air and sparkle and shine. I have absolutely no idea what is causing this and I JUST started experiencing it. It is absolutely beautiful.

Also I am more and more frequently getting these overwhelming pulses and waves of energy in my heart and crown chakras, very randomly. I have yet been able to determine what is causing this, because most of the time it occurs I'm not in meditation. It's very calming and soothing, it feels wonderful. That has increased in intensity and frequency.

I have also gotten quite well at open eye meditation, especially in the dark, and I start seeing things that would completely blow someones mind who has never meditated or tried any psychadelics. Sometimes it reminds me of seeing the inside of a brain while my eyes are open, colors flash and change, darkness gets really bright sometimes, I see pulses of what sort of remind me of electricity... its very hard for me to articulate it.

Lastly, I've been having much closer encounters with UFO's since I've really set down this path. They usually come very close to me when I start seeing a golden light in my third eye. I don't know exactly what to make of this, but its very much real. There is no fear whatsoever. Its very exciting and peaceful.

My understanding is that this is multi-dimensional awareness, and basically each light is a entity of some sort. I seem them as small white sparks through my vision, but I have had those my whole life, just more intense now. They say they are more noticed on the edge of your vision.

These are the waves I am speaking of, just that your sensation is different.

Yes this is something I get as well, however I have always has some kind of visual when meditating or asleep, but less since this process in my case.

Sounds to me like a Star child sent here to anchor "Golden Rays" of Creation, if this is the case you have a crystal by default, and have telepathic communication with all higher entities including the UFO's. Just assume they are experiencing your thoughts.

I have been trying to piece together this puzzle for a while now as I am still learning.

What does that mean precisely? Having a Crystal by default? I'm primarily self taught and have no friends or family that act as direct teachers. I've been solo for years now.. in which there is nothing wrong but I do not often have anyone to provide any further insight into anything.
