I plan on making a thread about this bill everyday untill ATS gets the message.




ATS community = MASSIVE failure on 3-17-09.

I'm not done reading this bill, but what I get from it reminds me a lot of Rockefeller said, "I want a nation of workers not thinkers."

How these programs are going to give our children education they need to compete with the rest of the world I have no idea.

volunteer... its not conscription! i don't see the big deal tbh... unless you are referring to Hitler youth styled indoctrination... maybe elaboration would be good?

Why don't you give us a bit more than what you have?

Are you freaking out about a national volunteer initiative?

Or are you freaking about giving youth incentives to work by bolstering scholarships and contributing to college funds?
