The resolution on that area is too low. I can't see anything but blur. Could you post a clearer image of what you're talking about?

That's the coolest glitch I've seen in a long time, if it is a glitch. Maybe somebody took a huge doll Nessy out for a camping trip!

We don't rly know what Nessie is though;D Maybe it's a gigantic hippo? Because no one actually has proof of what it looks like(:
