Omnibus Land bill that has Eminent Domain in it, page 1

Heads Up.....

Senator Coburn stated that this bill has 150 bills rolled up in and in it has the Eminent Domain bill in it. As I type, they are talking on Cspan2.

To give an Idea of what an Eminent Domain is.......



This bill is suppose to be voted on today without ammendments.

I believe it failed the House and the Senate is trying to keep the bill alive by sticking it in an Omnibus land bill hoping no one will catch it.
