Perhaps you should look at it again-it is a deliberate hoax. The guy recording it, makes it look as if he is focusing on something in the sky, then it goes blurry and then the objects which do look close-watching it again it- is a worm in a cobweb.

Man...you need to get yourself a new display or change your glasses!

I need a psychiatrist for not believing what has to be the least convincing UFO evidence around since the Jonathan Reed paper mache and microsoft paint fiasco. To me your video looks like a worm you've stuck in a cobweb or just outright on a window.

My comments are: I think the first objects are balloons of some description. Perhaps they are strings of multiple balloons. Perhaps they are more like those big long black solar balloons that bend around along their axis as per that video a few posts ago. It's a pity your video isn't clearer. If it was clearer, it might be easier to identify these as balloons.
