From Neno...

The one's I use most are Terragen and DAZ, but they "create" the scenes from 3d models,
rather than doing the artistry stuff that Silo and BIAD do...

Oh yeah, Neno can do you a 'Dag' image, but watch out in the thigh-department!
Poor ole' BIAD looked like a Russian Wrestler -at one point!
(Sorry Neno!)

The sitting-down pose in your avatar...? It smacks of a Pirate-like

See what I mean? They do art, whereas I make pictures. The distinction is one between a Rembrandt on their side, and 5 two year olds, one dining room wall, and a box of crayons on mine.

You should see some of the ugly ones I did before I got to that!

It's the clothes, really, which are the problem for me. I never got the hang of putting them on right... then, once I get 'em sort of adjusted, well, THEN I have to fill the body out to fill the clothes out!

These 'lectronic Barbie dolls ain't all their cracked up to be when I'M the one that's got ahold of 'em!

... and a box of crayons on mine...

That's not true, Sir... I've tried to master the DAZ stuff and
I just can't grasp it. You, on the other hand create some great
images... Photoshop is the easy-way out and lazy-bones here,
takes it!

Once in a while.
But, normally I say "card game at the Cross Keys Inn at 6; if yer man enough to take me on...we'll see about making you a cabinboy...." in a very sultry voice, with a wink.
I was for 8 years the character of a female buccaneer/privateer, whatever. We (me and my 2 "sisters" the ... uh...gangsters and femmes fatale of the cast. Improv, GREAT fun...yeah, pirates, I guess.

Now BIAD, WHO is the head on there now??? Dag??

On the subject of 'The Opera'... do you require The Caliburn to maximise
the damage? I can have Tibss drag it up the stairs from the lower rooms.

It's 'A' Dag... I suppose, Do you wish one of Silo's 'heads' to be placed
on it?

BIAD gulped... he actually gulped!
I think he'd prefer to be the 'pointing woman' that usually is strapped to the prow
of the ship.
(I tried to convince him to be strapped to a rocket... but that's another story!)

I'd imagine the Caliburn will have to factor in - I just haven't figured out how to make that happen yet. I mean , seriously, who's gonna slice and dice with a "grrret hyooge sword" when he's got a convenient pistola handy? still the magic I can weave with a claymore is a sight to behold, and ought to make for crackin' good story telling.

I think I saw that episode - was he wearing a wedding gown at the time?

He WAS wearing a wedding gown! That's right... The poor soul had
been chugging down G & T's from tall glasses and after stumbling up
the stairs... (where I thought he'd sleep it off)... he awkwardly made his
way back down in a Starling-egg blue silk number with a veil that covered
his ridiculous grin.

Anyway, he'd been watching 'Space Cowboys' and reckoned the final trek
that Tommy Lee Jones made was a 'cinch' -as he put it.
So I entertained him with the idea of trying it himself.

After the attempt, that fine was one-heavy fine and the Judge said he would have
thrown a harsher penalty at me, but thought better of it -when BIAD flashed at him.
Gawd, the embarassment of that day.

'tis an easy thing once you get the hang of it - you just put it in motion, stay out of the way of the sharp parts, and let gravity and centripedal force do the work - oh, and hang on really, really, tightly! Mine weighs about 3 pounds, and a sharp, 3 pound chunk of steel isn't anything you want sailing through the neighbor's window!

Go with the claymore, then, GO!!
We do a human chess match at the festival....I've been in a few rapier fights and hand-to-hands myself -- hogtied a pirate once with a whip....
Do it, do it, neno!!
