Concerning the Warp ship, I can probably do that. I'm trying to remember the format that we exported the other ship in. .3ds format I believe?

Yup, it was .3ds.

And that 'Dragonfly' fairly bristles with weapons. Did you actually HAVE to name the torpedo an 'Anti Capital Ship Torpedo'? You know that was the original designation for the Penelope's design, right?

Actually, I didn't know about the name. I've always heard it used in Science Fiction to designate a ship Destroyer sized or larger. Thus the Torpedo is designed to be used against large not very mobile targets. Like Larger vessels for example.

ROFL!

I think I picked up on your Luder thing early on - and started calling him Luder too. I think it is good to have MF be initials. I'll have to come up w/ something good though.

Mitchell Frank Luder?

Michael Fox Luder?

M. F. Luder? and never reveal the actual names?

Dunno.

You're right - it will be an unbelievable amount of work and Studious does have a good start w/ the Penelope thread and the different story arcs - however - I plan on actually taking what we have and turning it into a God's honest story format.

I type unbelievably fast - and I'm not being conceited - so it would probably only take maybe 2 hours or so.

I'll provide the finalized copy after I finish it.

For the most part - it will be copy and pasting with a lot of editing and taking the post information and stuff out about the post authors.

I'll let you guys know when I finish it - unless someone beats me to it - which would be terrible and mean.

lol!

It should be up soon.

Yeah I think the Chief Engineer is something like 10 feet tall and bullet proof and is a obviously a lady's man.

So...

You wont have to edit my character too much.

FYI guys.
I'm going to have to do major surgery on my computer. If it is not successful you might not hear from me for a day or two.
Badger got knocked on his butt in the fighter bay but other than that he has no plans. I'll get back into it as soon as I get the computer fixed.
thanks.

Surgery a success. Four year old laptop resurrected to hobble along on his digital walker for one more year I hope. As soon as I can afford a new one I'll give this guy his own little rocking chair on the back porch.

By the way, I thought MF stood for Myron Francis.

Are we parking this heap in orbit around the planet we almost crashed into?

Hey Badge I was thinking about modeling our fighters after the Hammerheads from the TV Show Space Above and Beyond

Is that for the F337 fighters or the old 'dash ten' dinosaurs?
I like it for the newer fighters.

I like the design but i guess it wouldn't do to plagarize too much.
Maybe make it sleeker for the modern fighters with one engine and smoother lines.

The older ones will need to be bigger and more 'mechanical' in appearance. The main gun should dominate the design (think A-10 Warthog.)
I'm, unfortunately, busy with some things I cant get out of but I will try to get a sketch or two made for the heavies and get them to you.

I know that the story is more important than the pictures but it's fun to create the images too.

Back to work.

The wide range of pics are the icing on the cake of the Opera. I'm constantly amazed at what is being produced here.

The work that went into making them is obvious to anyone who has read either the working or main thread.

Nothing short of excellence.

We..... don't.... have enough..... engine power to get.... home!

We..... must.... continue to....... work on them so we.... can leave!

Now either you're doing your best James T Kirk imitation or you're severely constipated.
