Oh I hear you on that.

I know, I star people for simply attempting people don't realize how easily some can fall flat on their face and just give up after one or two posts from a newcomer. I always star a newcomer as sort of a welcome. I hardly star in this working thread unless it's a good idea or somebody makes a funny

Well I'm off to tweak somebody's nose.

I've been starring every post in the thread but mine.
I actually never tried that but I don't figure it works anyway.
Actually I think I might not have starred the one where badger was called a trigger happy pilot.
I"m not trigger happy. The only thing I've killed since I started is taters.
That guy's been blasting everything in sight.

I wish I could give out tater tots instead of stars.

.....................................................Ok, off topic.

Oh, found something on topic. This is a thread that shows how to code on ats. It covers a lot of stuff but I know we've had a few members who have had to try over and over to get something to work right (Myself being one of them) and this shows how to do all of that stuff and more....A Guide to BBCode on ATS
Hope it is helpful.

later taters
"Badger out."

Oh! Thanks for adding the link to the code.
I had it in my favorites but I just lost my old computer and all the bookmarks I'd saved there.

Anyway, thanks - I'd wanted to yank out some code - now I don't have to go searching for it!

Dang did Loam go to tons of work for that thread or what? *Applause*...

Hmm, I didn't find the line code though - to make a full page line break...

I accidentally found this while looking for another quote. I like how they've edited this classic scene. I think this fits perfectly with what's happened in the Opera recently.

For added laughs replace "die" with "burn."

When I first saw this character on "Primevil" on BBC it reminded me of Silo.

I like your pic better!
(I wonder how it will look with antenna)!

I've been working on this one for ages.
I tried to make a manga out of my own picture to learn some Photoshop applications but I just need, I dunno - a new face! That's it!

Hey silo,
I'm pretty good with PSP If you want I can take a shot at the picture for you. Just shoot me a copy and tell me how you want it to look.

Hey Marsbarz

I like the picture for silo too. I've havent watched tv for about 5 years so I've never seen Primeval but followed your link and it looks like a good show.
I need BBC America.

Yes, Space Bob Badgerpants, "Torchwood" is cool too!
"Primevil" has this butch chick character that the male characters on the show are hot for and I think she is fugly.

The girl I think Silo should use is HOT!

Primeval comes on SciFi channel on Fridays at 10:00 PM too.

Cindymars: Which one is the butch chick?

I think I really don't get out enough....

She kinda reminds me of my first wife... scares me bad! On the positive side, she ought to know a bit about camping... and is pretty ruthless... Might not be a bad choice to get marooned on a deserted planet with, if ya don't mind sleeping with both eyes open, and keep something really sharp under you pillow...

FOR ALL OPERA WRITER:

Let's talk about being able to deny your characters the knowledge you possess of the other characters. Think, would my character know that probably not so don't react to it. Unless of course your character like Antar is telepathic or for whatever reasonable reason through the storyline knows such information.

I just have seen it happen, and from a continuity standpoint, it really bugs me.

The reason I bring this up is whatever Cim is doing on Earth should be completely unknown to any other character in the Opera and I am about to do something that....well I wouldn't want to see influence the story before it should. I might or might not reveal it to Silo who could bring it back. We shall see but it goes for all character interactions.

PEACE AND LOVE!
I am having a great time participating.

Edited to add:
PS: Neno scary first wife dude! How many wives have you had?
You don't have to answer that. My bad!

Yeah Slayer - that's what started me on wanting to learn how to do it myself. You really peaked my interest with that one. Thank you again.

Badgerbritches Thank you for the offer - problem is if I ask you to do it I'll never learn. As you can see by the pic I've been working on I'm only just getting the hang of it so I better keep on keeping on.
Thank you though,

Its cute though, the one you did.

Yeah that's the problem I want a little more ruthless a lot less cute.

Lemme see what I can do with the pic you've got.

Though I have to admit I couldn't do the blue eye thing.

I like blue eyes on others but, for me, I'd have to claw my own eyes out.

But that's another story...

TO ALL YYDRYL CREW:

So, we’ve not heard from Scurvy.
I presume Myth and ToTheTen will be looking for him on Ship.

Question is this: How are we going to write Scurvy out - but able to return later when he's got more time?

Any ideas?
