Listening to the radio and contacting some friends I have in the Calgary news biz. No reply yet... If I hear anything I will certainly post it.

Yes, He said he was at work, presumably the airport, and was sending msgs via his phone. His earlier posts on previous topics have indicated that he is located in the Pacific timezone somewhere.
EDIT My bad... he is somewhere in Mt timezone, based on his post on this thread

I have a friend that works at YYC (Calgary) airport. He's heard nothing of this. Then again since this is supposedly taking place in Toronto then maybe they wouldn't have been informed.

I myself live in Toronto, and have heard nothing here either.

Thats just it, the flight is claimed to have been stopped AT the gate in Calgary so your friend should have heard something. You cannot lock down a plane and not get any word out.

Good point, I misread the post. I thought the plane was at YYZ. I just called him again, and he confirmed that he's heard of nothing.

I also checked YYC's website and all flights from Toronto seem to have arrived just fine. www.yyc.com...

Damnit, I was hoping for the beginning of the zombie apocalypse. Or at least Samuel L. Jackson fighting some badass snakes. I call for a banhammer. Well maybe not, at least he came back. Lollercoaster.

i just got done watching the movie flight of the living dead: outbreak on a plane

www.imdb.com...

LOL then i came on ats and saw this thread

being a conspiracy website i must say

maybe its all a cover up and the stewardess things a lie and its really is an example of life imitating art (poorly made art at least)

it probably isnt the case but it would be a interesting day in the news if it was

As a horrible quality b movie fan myself, which classic film would you say you appreciate more : Flight of the Living Dead or Snakes on a Train?

Gangs of the Dead was also a masterpiece, I just recently saw it for the first time on Showtime at 5AM. Absolutely astounding.

Has anyone ever read the 'Zombie Survival guide?' I've got little warning sirens going off in my head saying 'Class 1 outbreak!'

Seriously though, highly intriguing...
Peace

Another fearmongering thread.

I have a feeling these will become quite common in the couple of years ahead.

Psy ops anyone?

Personally, im not to keen on flying before they put in some HEPA-filters.
Diseases can spread pretty quickly on a flight
