I'm listening to the live feed from the ISS right now.
www.nasa.gov...

There seems to be a piece of space junk which may be on a collision course with the ISS. As a precaution, the astronauts are going to relocate into the Soyuz. I don't think this is a drill.

I heard earlier that they have cancelled several planned activities for today. That indicates this is not a routine exercise.

Just listening in im sure the US guys were saying about getting ready to depart. Would that be from the iss into the soyez or the soyez from the iss?

Sorry - stupid question as your guess is a s good as mine i suppose.
