I'm sick of waiting, I want eventually to be NOW, lol. How great it would be for the masses to drag these robber barrons and their corrupt government lapdogs that have destroyed our countries into the streets and put their severed heads on pikes on Wall St. Anybody here who has dealt with pretty much ANY financial institution or business knows that they will GLADLY take your last dollar and let your children starve, while the CEO wipes his arse with it.

It saddens me to say this; but things will have to get much, much worse before we see any semblance of an insurrection. The truth is, as long as people have their Blackberrys, Starbucks, video games, American Idol, Toyota Camry, McDonalds’ hamburgers, and wireless internet porn they will be simply too distracted to realize that we are enslaved.

I live in the United States and used to consider myself a moderate conservative, and as long as I had a good job, and my bills were paid, and I got my little tax refund at the end of the year I was content to do my little UFO research and feel like I was making a difference. Truth is; I was a fool and I have made no difference.

In fact, I’ll take it a step further; I am part of the problem. My little head has been buried in the sand all-the-while the world and my freedoms have been robbed from me. All of our lives we’ve been led to believe that we were free.

I ask you: What makes us free?

Are we free because we can speak our minds?

What if our minds have been deluded and preoccupied with material things that our ‘opinions’ and ‘belief systems’ have no literal relevance to anything other than the meaningless products that we buy?

Are we free because we have our own homes as opposed to being locked behind bars?

Perhaps, but let me ask you: what good is a ‘home’ if you’re never there? Being shackled to a 30 year mortgage that’s been refinanced twice equates to working sun up to sun down. That leaves little or no energy left to enjoy it or your family.

Are we free because we can vote?

Please………..

It is my assertion that as long as we are comfortable, we won’t have the will to see past the façade that is blocking the truth. I feel however that if things keep heading down the road that were on, our quality of life is going to continue to deteriorate. With that, you will see more and more people willing to sacrifice it all, because pretty soon we won’t have much to lose.

A few outdated songs, that's about it.

We can speak our minds as long as the content is approved, and where the government tells us we can of course.

On this point, we shouldn't forget that regardless of politics and our government, human beings have had to work to survive. If we were living WAY back, when groups of men had to go on very long hunting trips and bring down mammoths with sticks, we probably wouldn't have too much time to enjoy our caves. Now, imagine if those men returned to a bunch of rich old bastards that did no actual work, but made all the rules, demanded the choicest cuts of the mammoth, and threatened to imprison the men who did the work if they didn't cough it up. That's how things are today.

Yeah, every election we have a choice between TWO puppets on each hand of the SAME puppet master, because TPTB have learned how to manipulate the hell out of our competitive nature as humans. Everybody has a leaning for the most part that has to do with their personality and how they were raised. We all lean a little to the "left" or "right" and most people would rather vote for the lesser of two evils in their eyes then let the "other side" win by throwing away their vote on a 3rd party candidate that is not intended to win by the rich old bastards mentioned above.

Its a pity the government would not allow more people like Ron Paul in high ranking positions. With the economy tanking and our freedoms fading, we need all the support we can get uncovering the corruptness and making every attempt at getting some kind of national coverage of it.

I am happy to see Ron Paul taking a more active position with this HR 1207 bill, and calling for indictments. I do not agree with Ron Paul 100% on his economic theory/Libertarian ideals, but am encouraged by his courage to gain transparency of the secretive Federal Reserve.

What bothers me is that the handful decent Congressmen & Senators that try to reform government cannot do much more on their own since they represent millions of Americans, not just themselves. They all seem to be all bark and no bite even though this representation should entitle them to far more influence than the average citizen or FBI agent, etc.

It would seem that they should have more power to "order" law enforcement to make arrests or indictments on matters where it can be shown that the national interest/security is being diminished from other members of government. However, we seem to have a completely criminal organization running the government with no regard for 99% of the citizens they supposedly represent.

If this Bill cannot pass, any form of a so-called "Republic" is now over, and we will ironically probably have more freedom in Russia or Iran.
