johnny2127, your original post was asking about chaos and collapse. Now your most recent post mentions death and suffering.

99% of the people on this thread who answered your original post with a no, are the ones mentioning death, misery, war, famine, etc.

Why the hell are people equating collapse and chaos with what amounts to be a war? Why are people equating those of us who said yes to people who want death and misery? Do those of you who answered no really think that those of us who answered yes are wanting the "Hollywood version of a post-apocalyptic world"?

It's ridiculous. I've been saying the same thing for a number of posts now. I want change. Collapse promotes change. Chaos does not explicitly mean misery. Collapse does not have to lead to war. In an even larger stretch, collapse does not have to yield chaos. Chances are it will. And you know what will happen next? A new order. Change.

Yes, I want to see a complete breakdown of society as we know it.

It would be wonderful for humans to not have to be like rats in a maze - all climbing over each other to get to the top. Where it is considered a luxury to have two weeks off for vacation and work 40-60 hours a week just to keep your head out of the water.

The world population is way too big, and its growth curve is impossible to sustain. A massive depolulation event is imminent, whether by natural forces or by human design, because the truth is self-evident. The earth will shed a large proportion of its human population in the very near future because it cannot sustain its wild expansion. It is inevitable. Simple math will tell you that a finite system cannot sustain geometric growth in the human poulation. If the illumnati, the real rulers of the globe, don't initiate some ugly measure to drastically reduce the population figures then the catastrophic collapse of life-sustaining eco-systems will do the job. Either way there's no putting off the cataclysmic kill. Mankind is breeding itself to eventual disaster. In the end it will turn out that we weren't that smart after all. The future for us all is really kind of ugly and you survival guys are really living in a dream world if you think you can prepare for this. Bottled water and ammo isn't going to get you thru this. It's all going to be a roll of the dice as to who survives and who doesn't. So kiss and hug the folks you love right now and tell them that you love them! There's no telling when the blow will come and you wouldn't want to go with those feelings unexpressed. We're on the brink and I think that most of us sense that right now, although we don't really understand exactly why we're feeling this uneasy. Good luck to all.

I, as a human being, in my own opinion, believe that as humans we have gone to far to go back, and done to much to continue, so perhaps it is inevitable that collapse happens A.K.A. war, revolution, whatever.

Perhaps, just perhaps, after all is said and done "good" will triumph over "evil" and things will be as they should.

But of course this is all just my opinion and feelings.

I realize your point, but just like a number of posters here who claim that those of us who answered yes must want doom and gloom, you have failed to understand the reasoning behind wanting collapse.

The collapse of the Roman empire led to the dark ages. But history did not end there.

Reformation, Renaissance, Enlightenment.. do any of these ring a bell?

Things change, and if history is any indication at all, they change for the better.

Its not so much I was hoping it would happen, its just when you prepare for something like this, it would be a disappointment if it didn't happen. I'm all excited. Bring it the f*** on!

Yes. It is the only catalyst for REAL change. Not this Obama crap that;s recycled from Bush. REAL changing of the guard.

When a new government forms, I will indeed be one of those fellows on the forefront affecting its formation somehow.

Yeah, we need a big clean-up, that's for sure. I'm not saying there wouldn't be some confusion in a clean-up process.

But, wishing for a complete collapse and chaos, no way. Not necessary.

Remove the criminal elements from positions of power, remove them from positions of authority. Have them reform or go to jail, it's that simple. "Legal criminality" needs to be a thing of the past.

Our morals are a bit messed up these days. Today people do things like watch "rape sex" porn for pleasure. It gets classified as entertainment, it makes money, but it further twists our minds. Somewhere we have made a wrong turn. But that's not everyone. But, we need to cut off crap like this before our society disappears. A society full of uncommitted, sex-crazed, animals isn't likely to do very well in life or in business.

Our commitment has become to making $$, at any cost, instead of providing good services and products, while using ethical business practices. We live in a country where you lose your job, because someone in some other country can do the work cheaper. Saving money is more important to business owners than supporting the citizens of this country.

Me as a business owner, wanting to get wealthy, I know I should give back to the citizens. You know, create an industry, give some people good jobs, well paid jobs, that they can depend on. Let people clean my multi-million dollar home, and deliberately over-pay them for their services. I would want my employees to be paid well, and I would want to provide a premium product, that lasts, and has value.

Let's be more ideal, like in a "Leave it to Beaver" type way. Do you think Ward Cleaver's company outsourced all of their work to China, back then? Do you think Beaver back-stabbed his friends for a $1. Did Mrs Cleaver bang every guy in the neighborhood while Ward watched, and got his jollies off? There was some discipline, some morals, some respect back then. Again, I'm not saying everyone is involved, but we do have an "infection" of sorts.

I'm not saying we need to go back to the "wife in the kitchen" days, or "beat your kids" days, but we can look back on some of the old shows and the wholesomeness they tried to instil in us, and we can learn something from it.

You earn your money with an honest days work, or with an honest, good product.

We've got products now, sitting on the shelves, that certainly aren't worth much of anything, because they break far too soon, and/or they simply are made of inferior materials. It rakes in money, but it's bad business. It leaves the consumer with a bad taste in his mouth. And he loses faith in the products, for one thing.

There is no need for complete collapse, absolutely not, just progressive and real changes. Not things like this "better health care" lie we hear a lot of. Do you want better health care? Do you want cheaper insurance? Get rid of the leeches that are dragging the system down with their overpriced poisons, and barbaric treatments. Let the inexpensive alternatives in, like nutrition and vitamins/supplements, where the situation would be more appropriately treated with such.

Well last year I wanted it so all the sheeple would suffer. I assumed I would be safe in my job but now I know I was mistaken. I spent every penny I had buying food and weapons to prepare my family. My family thought I was going off the deep end but I now feel that my fiance understands me now. I have a years supply of food a 3 assault weapons that I bought last year. Now I don't want it and I wished it would just go away. I have no illusions now when it happens I will suffer just as the sheeple suffer. I will have my heart broken every time I see a child starving. I might even have to kill people that try to break into my house if I still have a house which I am starting to doubt. The sad thing is I have worked my tail off with 18 hour days for months at a time and its going to go up in smoke. I don't think its fair and I didn't ask for it. I am looking for a reset though and hopefully we will end up seeing freedom at the end of the tunnel.

Me too, unless I have to fill out a hundred different government forms and pay for an environmental impact study and get a dozen different permits and approvals and pay some kind of economic reset tax first to make it happen. Argh!

Personally i do believe that we are due for a change in our economy and the world, i have had a lot of "cool" thought flowing in my mind, and one of the things that I've thought about was whether the economy really deserves the state that it is in now,the economy is in a giant downwards spiral, and it is only going to get down-er.
as for the chaos, i don't think that chaos is necessary, i was thinking of something along the lines of hurricane Katrina, but on a giant worldwide scale.

if something like an example of this were to happen, the only thing left to think about is how we would get better from there on.Hitting rock bottom means that the only way left to go is up.
Edit: when we do start going back up, from rock bottom, we would just be going back to square one, or what ever square we're on now. This makes the giant world wide katrina chaos thingy, kinda pointless. I guess that after we hit rock bottom, the only thing we can do is hope for something different.

I do not want collapse and chaos to happen but it is apparent to me the world is being set up for a collapse and with it comes chaos. I am Still trying to put my finger on the reasons behind this mastermind plan. Yes we have the NWO and behind the scenes we have individuals calling the shots for Worldwide dominence, control of the monetary system, population control, control of the food supply, energy, oil, natural gas, minerals, water and the control of your mind.

Other then greed and the drunkiness of possession of power there still is more and that more is who has been calling the shots behind the scenes for thousands of years. I believe by the end of 2012 humanity will find out who is in real control of the Earth.
