Iposted this a few years back. Yeah he even had electricity froma borrowed solar cell. Given the location they have indicated he was at it was not
really a outdoor testsite, so Im not sure he saw all that much, but its still a facinating story

micromike (µmike))is so named to show "the desire of the philosopher to be humble in his search for the truth and to never take himself too seriously."
On October 13th, 2004, he was discovered living in a cave on Department of Energy (DOE) land in Los Alamos, New Mexico, near the top-secret nuclear research facility. micromike has lived there for the past 4 years, and would not have been spotted if it wasn't for the wayward smoke from his new stove. The embarassed DOE reps found that micromike had a thoroughly pimped-out cave, with electricity from solar panels and a satellite radio. also near micromike's cave were found some pot plants and Mike was subsequently arrested, with all his possessions taken away by the authorities. He only recently got them back, thoroughly poked and prodded, probably to make sure he wasn't a spy - a great concern for the ever-vigilant DOE.
