Yes, either case is possible. I can attest to the fact that my husband doesn't always listen very well.

Either way, hopefully we can get everything ironed out on Monday.

what the hell is she going on about.. her checks bounce, her card doesn't work.. something tells me she has no money??

I cashed a check the other day for a pretty large amount, got my cash, in hand, then deposited it with no problems. (it saves me from having my check held for whatever reason). Anyways, you would think digital funds are safer than paper.. bank might not allow vast sums to be pulled out at once by a large portion of depositors, but no bank has ever stopped EFT's due to deposits being pulled.

yes, BoA, gave me hard hard time in a 'Deposit Only' transaction...

my son has various current dealings & loan accounts with BoA,
so his name is not Unknown at the Main Branch in our hometown.

I myself have an account that has never had an 'insufficient funds' action
in the 12 years of the account.

the bank manager told the tellers that both our signatures needed to be
compared with our existing IDs with photograph...
for the check deposit to be processed by BoA.

**i asked them just why a fingerprint expert wasn't in their screening & evaluation policy...
and, now i wonder... are DNA or drug/steroid tests future things to be administered to be able to transfer funds/make deposits, etc ???
