Here is a story about a kid who probably watches a bit too much television. I would go so far as to say that he has an unhealthy attachment to the TV.
He hires a hitman (actually an undercover cop) to kill his mom and directs him to be careful not to shoot the television.
"...what separates Chereza from other bloodthirsty teens was his direction to the gunman (who was to be paid $2000 post-hit) that he 'didn't
want anything to happen to the television' when the shooting began"
Stories like this make me feel so well adjusted.
