George Bush Sr.

Colin Powel

Secretary Powell was a professional soldier for 35 years, during which time he held myriad command and staff positions and rose to the rank of 4-star General. His last assignment, from October 1, 1989 to September 30, 1993, was as the 12th Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, the highest military position in the Department of Defense. During this time, he oversaw 28 crises, including Operation Desert Storm in the victorious 1991 Persian Gulf war.

Gerald Ford

In 1963 President Johnson appointed Ford to the Warren Commission investigating the assassination of President John F. Kennedy. In 1965 Ford co-authored, with John R. Stiles, a book about the findings of the Commission, Portrait of the Assassin. President Ford is the last living member of the Warren Commission.

Arlen Spector

Sen. Specter chairs the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence. He also chairs the Appropriations Committee's Subcommittee on Labor, Health & Human Services and Education, which oversees all federal health and education spending. He has introduced several bills that emphasize preventive health care and cost cutting without new bureaucracy.

The rumour is that the OA is made of 12-15 members. These are the only known members. Almost forgot, this information was disclosed by a OA member called "Robert".
