Coincidence or keeping their word?

Do you think this is a coincidence or do you think that the terrorists are trying to get everyone involved in this , and escalate it to a world wide attack?
I think the Chinese, N Koreans, S Koreans and Japanese WILL NOT react how the terrorists think they will.
