Empire total war from steam

I pre ordered the game and have been trying to play since launch, I have downloaded to 93% 4 times now and it gets stuck and says "download starting" + steam don't do refunds, has anyone else had any problems with this game, I am real angry

Go to Steam settings > downloads and change your download location.

If that option isn't there, backup your Steam games, uninstall steam and download the newest client from steampowered.com... then check again.

Keep changing your download location until you get one that works.

I had to do that to get Dawn of War 2 to install.

Thanks fooffstarr, but I've already done that, I've had it to 93% 4 times, and it just says download starting, but apparently that was because my drive was fat32 and not nfts or whatever it is, I've formatted and reinstalled steam and am now downloading for the 6th time, I've logged support tickets but no-one at steam or creative seem to care

Yeah, Steam has given me hell over the years.

Check these threads out I made in the rant forum. Their customer support is non existent, they only care about the dollars.
