Right, well this is my 1st post so 1) hi and 2) someone might have already covered this but here we go
few days ago i was reading something on the US Black Project air craft after watchin a random news broadcast on the war, now if America does have these planes then they're going to want to 1) Test them in a real battle environment and 2) do it in a low risk environment. If you think about the iraqi's dont exactly have superior air craft and their AA Guns and artillery isnt exactly brilliant, so the point im trying to make is did America start the war as a reason to test these air craft aswell as all the other 'reasons' placed down by both governments

There are better ways to test weapons than facing people wearing explosive jackets.
What kind of useful indications on an airplane or tank can be gathered from such a situation?
