I think that means they lost count....

Maybe someone just said, "Hey, how many points this guy got?" And then someone else said, "Don't know.... uncalculated."

I don't know. That's weird! Glitch? Hook-up? Siesta? Ham salad sandwich?

Must.... sleeeep..... sooooooon!!!

Points are most likely uncalulated because he last posted before the points system was introduced

I think the whole ATS point system is one big joke and it needs to be removed.

Normally it means they were banned, but in this case...I don't know. Look at the 7th poster down on the page you linked. His/her points are uncalculated and the member is banned. Weird glitch.

At least, then They See All would probably stop starting so many useless and senseless threads.

May I ask, why? I know this points thing has been discussed elsewhere, but I just don't see the harm.
If someone, like Delta Chaos, debates or does research, and gains a lot of points, it shows effort on the posters part.
It's not a contest. And those who post 100 times a day will eithr burn out or be banned.

It appears some people have turned into points-whore and just keep on starting thread, with almost random subject, and often won't even reply in the thread they started... They just want to get replies and gather points.

I'm old-school. I have openly said a numerous amounts of times that I wish ATS could go back and start doing things the old way. But I'm not in control so it's not my decision to make that choice.

However, I'm a advocate of the "Quality over quantity" philosophy and I believe with this point system we have it's more like "quantity over quality".

People just want to get points to make them seem like they are the top dogs at ATS.

It's ridiculous. I say scrap the whole thing.

EDIT: I would like to at least have my point system removed.

I second that. ATS was, in my opinion, far better with less "decoration".

Yeah, but what about that pretty little bar right below the points? You wanna keep that, don't you? That's the really important one. And it's pretty, too!

No I'm not. Seriously, sometimes just by looking at recent posts, I see a title so stupid, I can just guess it's one of your thread even before having openned it.

Like...

"WHY SPAIN???" or "What if we'd use 100% of our brain" or "Why is the sky blue?" or "Why did the chicken crossed the road?" or "does God STILL care about Jews??" or "can anything "major" happin during our lifetimes??? "

Ok, I made up some titles up there, but I'm sure people got the idea.
