Why, if he abuses drugs so badly he goes deaf then obviously we are the ones in the wrong for questioning him. Why, if he goes to a country known for kiddie raping with viagra in an unlabled bottle who are we to question him? If he is fired for being a racist, and plays racist songs, who are we to think he might be racist?

there is no evidence he abused it...none so i don't know.

i say 40 pills a day because evidence suggest rush lost his hearing from abusing painkillers. according to hearing researchers rapid hearing loss, even deafness often occurs from abuse of these drugs. coincidence? maybe...i doubt it...
but anyways, to go deaf from this type of abuse requires large quantities of the drugs...which his maid provided the evidence of...

As far as the 2 yelling that Rush is racist.

He said that the credit given to Mcnabb was unwarrented and the only reason he was getting all the hype was because the NFL needed a star black qb. He felt the offense was sub par and the defense carried the team.

I don't see that as racist. But I'm done here, you guys can go on and keep guessing on what you want to accuse him of next.

That is what Obama is, and will become. First the media, then the internet, then the underground cb's, and other forms of "hidden" mass communication. That is what has always irked me about this whole BS "fairness" doctrine. Censor or limit Republican shows in order to give other parties "equal time" on the air? How about this instead... why don't the democrat talk shows actually do a BETTER JOB at delivering their message to get a bigger audience, instead of censoring the other radio shows because the democrat radio hosts are incompetent?

See this is just pathetic and more show of the "gimme gimme" entitlement mentality. Rather than trying to do a better job, they become jealous because other radio hosts have a bigger audience and start demanding that they purposefully be crippled. Pathetic little cry babies! When are they going to start manning up and stop acting like spoiled children?

When a sports team recruits good team members, the opposing team doesn't start wishing that these new recruits be crippled, or demand that these new recruits be forced to play with a big 100lb bag on their back to weigh them down in the interest of "fairness". That opposing team would be seen as pathetic and weak and nothing more than a bunch of cry babies. Instead, what the opposing team should do, is re-think their strategy, train and work harder to put up a better fight against the team with the better team members.

Whats the matter with that question? I think its clear. Your not going to get the president of the United states to debate against a propaganda spreading crackhead who gets paid $400 million a year to do just that. Heck not even Obamas vice president

You and the others among the conservative community or what not obviously view rush limbaugh as the leader of your party. This is why yall never stood up for steele as leader of your party, this is why yall be parading Rush limbaugh around like a god. So why is it that you all run away from any possibility of electing him as your nominee? You folks are so desperate to get him to debate with Obama if its so important why dont you by your time and get him to be your nominee if your so confident of him politically and in a debate. When I signed up it was for the party of Lincoln, Goldwater, and Reagan. The latter two were pragmatic conservatives that knew how to compromise and straddle fences to get things done. Not kowto to the ramblings of this drug soaked slob

On the flip side this may eventually once bottomed out allow the more moderates to regain controll once and for all.

Honestly this challenge doesn't place Obama's entire presidency in jeopardy. I think you are giving too much weight to Rush's opinions and no pun intended.

Who does he think he is anyway?

I would assume the President of the United States would have more to do than take the time to go into a debate with a radio show host trying to prove a point and earn more cash. If Obama went to debate Rush, it would elevate him to some strange new political/social status far beyond the simple rabble rousing incendiary radio host he is. He may as well claim the Republican party as his own.

I think it matters as much as if a pissed off Michael Jordan challenged Obama to a basketball game, or an angry Hulk Hogan challenged him to a wrestling match. Would you expect him to show up? Are we seriously supposed to try and call-out the president for our own personal gain.

What is the purpose of this?

Does it fix the economy?

Help stave off foreclosure?

Change the ever-growing unemployment rate?

No.

It's a distraction and an ego trip.

Rush is a radio host.
A wealthy entertainer that play at being an everyman.
He wants ratings and more money.

If Obama were to actually show up it would be a great disappointment. He would have nothing to prove to any one individual with an ego massive enough to DEMAND the time of the President for a personal grudge match debate at our dime. I would have expected the same for Bush if he were challenged to a debate. If Obama shows up to debate him THEN and only THEN will his public standing be in jeopardy in my personal opinion.

I can't believe that anyone would get excited or happy over this stunt but I hope that Obama is smart enough to know not to participate in this game.

Obama won.

It's life folks, we don't always get what we want no matter how hard we stomp around the room.
