Seriously..... WTF?!

Firstly, this is a couple of days old, but I only heard about it today and worse still I can only seem to find any mention of it on 1 large MSM website.....

Why o'why do we not collectively as a global union spend funds on the recognition of such cataclysmic entities that are floating around our solar system that could potentially cost the lives of 100's of millions of people on earth?
Instead we spend it on useless weapons that will indefinitely kill us all before an asteroid may or may not hit us in the future lol.
