okay im currently in highschool and i watched a video today about privacy
and i learned
everytime you have your cell phone on
it can be traced to your location
and on every cell phone your conversations and every text message is stored
and cars or gadgets that have GPS track your every move through satallite
choicepoint.com has accounts on vertually every US citizen(criminal records,highschool grades,social security numbers)
which they sell to companies when you are trying to get a job or even the government can buy your record if they like.

so if you wanna be safe never buy a GPS device and mabe even a cell phone

You are correct, even phones that are shut off, WHOever they are registered to will be the ones who can be tracked.
