The first one filmed in Utah is a great UFO video and I don't think the footage has ever been adequately explained.
Good find

Not sure what to make of the Monument Valley lights.

The three sightings in the second half of the clip appear to be of the same object.

Due to the swaying, they look to be hanging from a thread -- probably fishing line. Especially the first one, shown in slow motion. Imagine it running in real time and it's up/down/back/forth movement makes it apparent that someone with an unsteady hand, off camera, is suspending it from a pole.

All in all, not a very convincing prank.

Thanks for posting it, though. I hadn't seen this one before.

the first one i thought looked like a bird, but then i thought about it and relised that it would have to be a really fast bird.

the others are definitely on a string and seem the be the same object.

I don't know how they did the video editing way back then.
But the last one looks like one of those old kids toys those spinning top things.
I guess it could have been done recently, and had the old effect put on it.
Because the effect is to strong, even old films from 1940 doesn't have that much mess in it.

Please don't flame me, but this is what I see.

I see a man filming devils tower out of a moving car. Looking at the footage they are in the right hand lane of the road. If someone in the left lane with their lights on and passed them, their lights could reflect off the inside of the window and cause this effect.

Sorry, that's what I see.

Watching it again, I think they be on an on ramp with faster traffic passing them as they get closer to the interstate. It's the reflection of that traffic (lights) that we see.

I think if someone were to have filmed a test of these anti-gravitational technologies at work, it would probably look a lot like those last few clips. Something about them looks fake, though.

Imagine putting aging effects on this.

You could try and make it look like it was from say the 80's.

As good as that is, you can still perceive the 'sliding' of the CGI objects against the background due to poor camera tracking. Right now thats the easiest give-away of a fake but as tracking software techniques get easier to use, the more accessible to kids with too much time on their hands. oh well..
