he thinks the stock is going down farther...but then again...who doesn't?
Every move the government has been making has been tanking the stock market...along with 401k's.

Stupid...just....STUPID.

People Are Waking Up - Glenn Beck

We're In This Together - Glenn Beck
Great interview with caller and personal stress caused from the economy.

AAAHHH...Whazzz Upppp?

I knew it was you just from the Header!

The guy is preachin' to the choir, well to US at least...

He has the "pulse" of the nation in the palm of his hand now.

People actually want to know what's going on, and he's one of the very few that are trying to explain it!!!!

*~

Someone finally has the bearings.
All for naught though, I'm sure. If you can believe that the US is responsible, you can believe they will silence and "serious" instigators. A small amount of decision in the ranks give us the illusion that we are free to make a difference in how our government runs. Having someone be honest with us is becoming the new conspiracy. It just doesn't happen anymore.

lol...yeah yeah...is it that obvious?

I thought all of these videos were good though...if you have time to look at them all, it's worth it.

In reality he just shadows what many of us have been saying here...it's weird sometimes to hear it on tv...

I love this guy! He tells it like it is without sugar coating it with a bunch of BS. Great information as always. The people that dont like what he has to say are usually the ones that still have their heads in the sand. Thanks for the info!

Can we send Obama on a three month vacation? I just don't think he realizes the harm he does every time he opens his mouth. Perhaps he just likes to watch himself on TV? I was watching the news tonight and on channel after channel, the announcers were saying the same thing. . . Please, just shut up! Like Cramer says, some of his programs are good, but this is just not the time for them. And then, I turned again and there Obama was, promoting spending for his "necessary and long overdue" health program. He wants money for this program...more money for that bailout...more money to send to some country...more money for...THERE IS NO MORE MONEY! Things will not start to turn around until he lets things settle for awhile.

I know the world has been shaken and fundamentally changed over the past 5.5 months, however I still find it difficult to take seriously anything that comes from Fox News. Yes I've heard Glenn Beck, and yes, what he's says sounds true and worth listening to.

But we need to ask ourselves, given what we knew about Fox prior to the economic downturn, what might they be attempting to gain from getting us 'conspiracy nuts' on board as well? Is it to gain more viewers in order to capitalize on advertising, or could it be what it's always been - to unite the viewship in fear - straight-laced pro-gov types and conspiracy theorists alike?

Now that terrorism is playing second fiddle to the economy, it seems very obvious that news execs would naturally jump on this and play it up (to the levels they played up possible terrorist attacks in the past).

I pose this question only for the reason of 'keeping it real' here on ATS - why is a Fox spokesperson so readily accepted as the new voice of reason?

Well commericalism sux, but, if it gets the message out/answers questions/raises awareness...is it really THAT bad?

At least between these and the CNN special they had the other day where they told how much 3 trillion really was should wake some folks up to the reality of things.

As for the stock market I have a bad feeling we will see it go below the 5000 mark within a month. Once that happens then we all had better start worrying big freaken time. Because once it gets that low we will all know there is something bad going to happen. And I mean everyone will know by then.

Like the old saying goes, we made our bed now we have to sleep in it.

He's been talking about this stuff long before he was ever on Fox. i don't like the other people on fox either...including hannity and o'reilly.

They are out of touch with americans...at least I think they are.

Trust me, my BS meter goes off when Beck talks as well...i certainly don't agree with him on some things, but on this stuff I think he's right.

The truth is the truth and he talks about things that many of us are worried about that others won't touch.

I really don't care what they have to gain...i'm not a defender of fox news or any other station...I just want to know what the hell is going on..just like everyone else.

"Out of Touch"...that is exactly the phrase I'd use with Corporate Govenment...

Those people have drivers & cars paid for by us...
Eat where ever they want...paid for by us...
Clothes...Houses...Perks...DON"T EVEN GET ME STARTED!!!

sorry...(better now)...I bet they don't know where to find the pickles at wal-mart...

where to find the TP at Dollar Tree...

How to start their lawn-mower...(lawnboy)

actually I feel sorry for them in a way...they're as artifical as plastic...nothing is real about them anymore...they've sold their humanity for...power?

They don't give a damn. It's all free to them...in the meantime all of us are cutting back and struggling to make ends meet. Not to mention the heaping amount of stress and sleepless hours this has brought many of us.

I just can't look at things the same anymore. Everything is different now. I view everything differently than I did 6-8 months ago. Things that i used to think were important aren't anymore...and in fact...they should have never been.

Not to mention the kid on the way...that's really stressing me out. I can't imagine how parents of a large families are dealing with these things.

It's gotta be tough.

I dont have a big family, But I do have 3 children and thats way more then enough in a time like this. My oldest daughter is 10 years old and she is learning already that she has to pitch in and help out alot around here. As well as that this year Chores will be 3x's greater then she has ever had before.

Her Birthday is this month and she really wanted a nice DVD player and I told her right out right that it wasnt in the budget. But that she can have a couple of Rabbits if she wants them.

I dont even want to imagine what its like with folks that have 5 or 6 kids. Especially for folks that have always given there kids everything. Its going to be hard but I am sure we will all make it little by little.

We get it fanboy - you adore Glenn Beck. Every day you are posting Beck programs here for people to watch. I gotta say - give it a rest man. Most of the people here already know what he's saying - and probably know a lot more than he does. This board is NOT his target audience because we generally are better informed than the average bear.

Please scale-back with the Beckophille postings.

Send them to your mom, sister, brother - whoever NEEDS to hear this. We don't... We're already in-the-know.

My 10-cents.

Thanks David - that's a perfect example of how far ahead this forum is in front of Beck. Back in early February: ATS was already talking about it

Your link was from tonight's program.

Anyway - I'm not trolling you, just pointing out that you are spreading info we already know around here....

I'm not trying to annoy anyone. Besides...i posted 4 different videos..all of which I thought were interesting.

Not everyone catches every thread...i know I don't. Sometimes I miss things that i wish I hadn't.
