There are two opposing views in the sidelines of this debate.
One is that the masses are the lowest denominator and the excellence is in the leadership. This is the OP's view. Anyone who gets ahead is ahead.
The second is that mankind is the virtue and the slavedrivers are the pathology. That the elites are psychopathic in their calous lack of emotion and predatory behaviour. That is my view, as can be read about in the last two links of my sig.
Being awake is seeing humanity for what it really is, which is good loving people being oppressed by selfish egoistic people. That is the reality of awakeness, seeing the slave system and denying it. Accepting it is not being awake, it's being a co-conspiritor in the enslavement of the human spirit.
What this thread is in reality is mind manipulation, an attempt to make people who want to wake up, because the current situation hurts them, instead fall back into the babylonian slave system, reabsorbed as slave drivers. Just because you hold the whip dosen't mean you're free. Just because you're a prison guard dosen't mean you spend any less time in prison. It's just a little bit easier, but still a worthless godless pitifull way of life.
This is what the OP has fooled himself into believing. That he is free. In reality he's as big a slave as the people his ego is belittleing.
Being awake is to see the evil among us and to realise it's not all of us, it's a dysfunctional percentile. Being awake is to realise there is a thermodynamics to emotion, to realise that love is energy and fear is void. Being awake is to realise there is a direction in life to be taken, from a emotional low energy state to an emotional high energy state, from fear to love.
And this thread dosen't even get on the road.
Chiao Bambino, I'm done with this negativity.

This is a self centered thread, but I am glad to see so many taking issues with it. We all must look out for ourselves and ours, but at a point we become privileged, we should look at ways to help our fellow man and those less fortunate. I am self employed, I create my income with my hands and capitalism is ecentual to my profession, socialism would ruin it. But that does not mean I don't want a strong social net, and that I want others to be put out of their homes, too many will suffer, too much pain will come into so many lives.
My wife has not talked to me all weekend, my business is in the gutter and money is super tight so she feels like I am a failure. I'm 58 years old and done one thing in my entire life and it has been good to us, put two kids through school, and this economy is not of my making. So, does that make me a leach, not worthy since I made the wrong decision in college as to what I wanted to be. Do you have an idea on how many careers that have paid well and provided income for people that now do not? There is no black and white, right or wrong here, there is just destiny and circumstances.

If you are truly enjoying your enlightenment and awareness, with no concern for humanity living by the billions under a steep sentence of poverty, infanticide, exploitation and slavery by the cartel, then you cannot say you are truly awake. We aren't being called to wake up for ourselves. Those who can see are on active duty!
Wise women were and are historically burned at the stake which is why they often lived on the fringes of established society and learned how to escape.

Let's just come out and admit that right now, and it will make all our lives much simpler.
When I was at Yale, I was part of a number of little groups, and one group was mentored by this old man (a retired professor in the history department) whose views really opened my eyes. He said "People who are Awake owe no more to those who slumber than the quick owe to the dead".
Some people spend so much time worrying about the "rights" of those who are too lazy or dull witted to catch on that they wind up making themselves miserable. Those of us who have wings were meant to soar, not to crawl along the ground with the rest of the cattle.
Many of the "conspiracies" painted in such sinister colors (the NWO, etc) will really be blessings for those of us who think and feel in full vibrant color and what becomes of those who see grey and eat gruel is of no consequence to us. All will be treated humanely so long as they cooperate, but those of us who have talent and insight will be rewarded. I tell you the truth.
It's like the so called "economic crisis". Those of us with any kind of foresight have been making the right kinds of investments (dumping real estate, buying precious metals) for some time now. If the hordes need to be brought to their knees for their own good, it's none of our affair. Similarly the use of religious and social issues to render more malleable the teeming masses is no vice, in the end it's for their own good.
I just want those of us who are Awake to feel no shame in it, to luxuriate in the radiance of full consciousness and to have faith that all works for the best of those who deserve it.
Take it from the longhaired libertarian.
Rock 'n roll.

Some are born for a life as labourers or as fodder. Some are born to be sacrificed. Cows are born to become delicious steaks and shiny boots. This is how things are, and the sooner those with eyes to see can accept this the easier it will be for everybody.

I think you owe me an apology, or at the very least an edit.
First off I am truly sorry!
That reply was meant for the OP. When I posted that reply I did so by hitting the reply button to the Original Post.
I have no earthly idea why it is showing as a reply to something you posted.
That entire statement is aimed at the OP noone but the OP and was written in response to the OP's original statement.
Second off I am truly sorry!
I had read the entire thread before posting that reply and had taken the time ro star yours and a number of other peoples replies.
This gremlin in my/ATS computers or perhaps even mirage that caused me to think I was hitting the reply button to the OP's thread was no way, shape or form meant as a response to you or anything you had placed in your posts.
It perturbs me that the OP is not aware evidently that reply was meant exclusively for him.
Third off I am truly sorry!
