Who said I am against the second? YOU???

Did i state against? I said YOU INSULTED...which you have done on other occasions in other threads.

He said it was possible...is it likely...who knows.

People feel like they have no representation...it is not their fault..it is the governments fault...and to some degree their own for letting it happen.

I know you would like to keep the euphoria going...along with the spending that will inevitably destroy the country.

This is actually being enforced you know...it is a law and it is out of control...this is why people are angry.

Btw..this is my last reply to you in the thread.

I won't let myself get sidetracked and derail the thread any longer.

I apologize to everyone else for letting it get to me.

Oh that's right this is a free country, I'd rather invest in my local businesses. The free market way.

Anyway, I think it is pretty much inevitable with Obama talking the economy down every chance he gets it is only a matter of time before the whole economy collapses. I hope he doesn't think the military is going to back him up for his communist revolution though, that isn't going to fly.

I just say stock up with enough food and secure it, and get some seeds. The vegetables and stuff you grow won't be that great the first time you grow them but they will be eatable and eventually you'll get better at it.

Food also makes good bartering items.

You see I have posted this many times, I wish we did not have to be in this position...

Obviously I might as well piss into the wind on many things.

I wish many of you would READ about the great depression and try to understand the "socialism". The government did not react in the GD... in fact it HOOVER balanced the budget - WHILE the markets fell - WHILE investors stayed away - hyper deflation ( housing market today).

It was a domino effect, perfect storm...

A PAPER from 1997 - no politics - NO BUSH no OBAMA -

econ161.berkeley.edu...

BTW buying the guns and ammo is stimulative -

Killing eachother is no...

Glad your shopping locally - At least we can agree on that....

And if you have enough money 2 do so - I suggest eating out at family businesses -
drinking local brews and the like.

How do you suppose I have disgraced our flag? Is it because I have chosen to invert it? I have this symbol of our flag inverted as a sign of the distress upon the citizens of this nation. Or are you of the opinion that all is well and good in this country right now?

I take it from reading some of your other posts that you are a bit of a rabble rouser, agitating people for the simple thrill of it.

I'll admit after reading MMs first post I skipped reading the rest of them, why dont you stop talking youre not helping anyone by trying to make this thread into an argument...

Maybe if MM's response this this post is in a positive light I'll read what he posts from now on.

and to David, yes! For gods sake increase production. I can't find 223 ammo anywhere and I only have 80 rounds left after practicing. I dont want to have to protect myself with a .22 rifle.

In the city of Chicago, it is illegal to own any firearm. I can get a permit for one buy it in the burbs, but if cops look through my house and find it, even though I have a permit, I go to jail. I thought about getting some 12 guages from my folks house in Wisconsin, but once again, if they search my house I go to jail. Nice to see how Chicago feels about the right.

Maybe you should check into the laws.I don't believe a local gun ban usurps a federal law.It would be unconstitutional.Contact an A.C.L.U. lawyer. That type of law would infringe on your civil liberties.

I heard a rumor the other day at my local gun store. Nearly all the .223 ammo was being bought up by the government.

I wouldn't be to worried about the lack of ammo tentickles. If you have 80 rounds, when TSHTF,and your a good shot,You'll amass quite a bit of ammo as time goes by. Plus maybe some really good weapons!!

Does anyone think that after this people spend $1000s on guns that in a couple years when the government bans the ownership of guns that any of these people will meekly turn in there guns.

I bought my guns years ago and have a large stockpile of ammo.
I got many of my guns at gun shows before they had to be transferred through dealers and there is no records of me buying them.

Most of my guns i bought as a investment, I have M1s that i bought in the 1960s and payed less then $50 they are worth over a $1000 today I am not going to just give them to the government. They would be worth a lot more on the street after a gun ban.
Expesially since the government does not know i have them.

Oh to be from a state like Tennessee. Blissfully unaware of the draconian gun legislation so many U.S. citizens are living under in other parts of the country.

It's a gun-grabbing free for all out there man. Why should the "enlightened" poli's of New York or Chicago or Boston or San Francisco give too craps about the Constitution?

Consider yourself lucky to be in a free state. I dropped everything to flee the slave state of CT for the free state of NH just so the 2nd could be a valid right. It's hell out there.

Yes, those suffering under slave state rule got a small win when the SCOTUS struck down D.C.'s ban but in case you havent heard D.C. poli's are blatently ignoring the ruling and the residents of D.C. are to this day wearing the same shackles the SCOTUS ordered removed. Just about everyone alive to hear the ruling calling for their freedom will live the rest of their days and eventually die the same slaves they were before the ruling.

The only people armed in Chicago are the criminals and the police. That;s the way TPB seem to like their city.

Has anyone ever attempted to try these "lesser"laws in court? Sounds like a class action suite.A few hundred people kick into a kitty, hire a lawyer and sue their asses off.

I might as well put it on as well. I've got one on the front of my house, and two on my Tahoe.

Anything to piss off mental boy is a good thing anyways.

Someone like that does not have the comprehension to understand anyways. Most likely played to many video games when younger.

There's obviously Heller v D.C.. Heller won but D.C. just ignored the ruling.
In CT a group tried suing against the states version of the Clinton AWB and the courts simply refuse to hear it. It's been waiting for years and years.

Infringements on rights and and the trampling of civil rights just arent important enough for the courts to waste their time with and certainly not important enough for the politicians to comply with.

See,that's where they have us.The first recourse is taking legal action.TPTB controll the courts, you can't air your greivances. The right to own arms is crutial to our health as a nation.

I really see the lack of the ability to manufacture enough weapons,as a warning sign,to the government. They will put the major push on us all to disarm. They know that we have just about reached our collective limits. What they fail to understand is when the stuff hits the fan,the fan is pointing at them!!!
