Gun Store Owner - They Can't Make Guns Fast Enough

Pretty good interview. Guns are flying off the shelves. The owner claims to have never seen anything like this before..or too see people so afraid.

I watched that on Beck the other night.I loved it!! I bet that sent shivers down the backs of a few hot house lillies. Just the thought of real American people demanding more guns and ammo than they can manufacture is awesome.

I've been putting much thought into getting one myself. I've never really owned a gun.

But this guy is right, people are stocking up everywhere.

Despite what some of us think..people are actually preparing for the worst..it's just not the people who should be...people in cities.

I agree David.I do feel sorry for many people who will be stuck in the cities.The real problem is having a sustainable food source.You can't grow much food in a window box.There will be plenty of predators after a few weeks without food shipments.

I heard South Dakota is nice this time of year...

I'm not far from Canada and luckily I don't live in the city..although I work in one.

300 million people looking for something to eat is definitely not a good thing.

The less populated..the better.

I've reached the point where I wont be buying any more of the would-be banned firearms for fear of not being able to get them in the near future and have crossed over into buying ammunition as it becomes available and a couple of protective vests.

Shows how optimistic I am.

After all, you buy guns as collectables and investments. If you already have a quality rifle and a quality side-arm you buy ammo for when the SHTF.

I'll be Minuteman ready. Not necessarily to fight but to gear up and haul ass far away.

As a side note to the shortage of firearms and ammo I've also noticed an awful lot of places are selling out of things like molle vests, mag pouches, slings and other carry/battle equipment.

A lot of people are getting ready for a lot of things.

Some cheap advice David.If you don't have any friends with farm land,you might need to make some fast! When and if this "problem" comes to pass it will not take long to go from bad to worse.

I "think" I will be ok depending on how bad it gets. Like i said i'm not in the city...lots of empty land our here..and it gets more barren the farther north I get until you hit Canada. My wife's immediate family lives in the country..although no farmland. But making a garden isn't that difficult. Just have to make enough food to keep going when it gets too cold.

Isn't it nuts to even be thinking about things like this? I hope it doesn't happen but I don't see how it can't anymore.

There is always the Upper Peninsula in Michigan...not many people there either.

This upsets me deeply.
I live in metro Detroit, just imagine the chaos. It was bad enough way before any talk of this kind.

Geez mental. Can you stop making everything about the election? The big picture here is to prepare yourself for what's possibly to come. It has nothing to do with politics no matter how hard you try to make a correlation. Will you still be screaming about sore losers when it's time to put up or shutup or will you use some common sense and prepare yourself? Most of us have been sickened the turn this country has taken, even while Bush was in office.

We have this thing called the "Bill of Rights" in the US Constitution and many more people are choosing to exercise their rights.

Capitalism was written into the constitution, so going against it and turning the country into a socialist or communist country, is unconstitutional.

It is not our fault that Bush took the constitution and started to take away our liberties and people are mad about it, then people had to go and vote for Obama who is an all out socialist.

I own a couple guns myself... I spent much of my childhood in WV I know the MO very well.

And yes I do not see why the people in DC should not get representation, they pay their taxes, the CONSTITUTION is a living document which means that it can be ratified.
