Neoconservatism is a political philosophy that emerged in the United States. Its key distinction is in international affairs, where it espouses an interventionist approach that seeks to defend what neo-conservatives deem as national interests. In addition, unlike traditional conservatives, neoconservatives are comfortable with a minimally-bureaucratic welfare state; and, while generally supportive of free markets, they are willing to interfere for overriding social purposes.

This does not accurately describe me. I care not for "national interests abroad" The country can be self reliant without depending on other nations. Free trade is good but i do not agree with our meddling in world affairs even if for our own gain.

Please try to refrain from labeling me or any childish name calling unless you truly know me.

Even the DEMOCRATIC congress that approved the war in Iraq. Which if you didn't know the POTUS cannot go to war without the consent of Congress.

The entire government is corrupt.

How do you propose we take back and make this country right?

I eagerly await your response.

It's never gonna be right...

Not when there is a me and neocons here... just like Iraq with the Sunni and Shiites and kurds.

One sides with the government

the other sides with the financial elite...

There is no hope, maybe we should get the blood spilling on already?

There will be no America after that - the question is do we abandon America?

Go Glen BECK - HE's not a NEOCON manipulator opportunist! YAY!

If telling the truth as one sees it equals fear mongering, we are in for a worse time than I at first thought.
The Titanic has already hit the ice-berg, folks, stop looking for the deck chair you were so comfy in yesterday.

Well the liberty BECK exposed and the guest he HAD on are very NEOCON. JOHN BOLTON??? come on...

BECK has a simple reverse Psychology going on which is convenient... Considering he helped promote the war and BUSH'S disastrous policy.

My beef is With BECK the moistened tart elite.

I am still waiting for your resolution to our problems. If it isn't taking the people out of office that are responsible what is it?

While I would like to refrain from getting into a peeing contest, I thought the idea was that Beck had presented these scenarios as truth, he did not.
He said the scenarios are a possibility.
Far fetched, and he says he hopes he is wrong, not fear mongering. I see an attempt to get people to see the world not through any filter or one or the other party's spin, but as we in the nation as a whole will be affected by what may come our way.
I stand by earlier post.

Aww come on. The peeing contest can be fun. I asked him how we are to fix the current situation, I now expect him/her to dance around the topic by trying to batter me with questions. Apparently this person doesn't think there is an issue with our current governing body.

We are because we voted these knuckle heads into office, but it ultimately lies on the shoulders of the people in office. They are the once not doing the jobs they were elected to do.

The job of elected officials supposed to be passing laws and governence they are doing that.

What will be different about the new people elected? Or are they elected?

Sounds Like the French revolution so far...

NEVERMIND LETS do this - Not fear mongering??? The was pure fear mongering if I have ever heard it.

Speaking about calamity in present tense... Based upon todays conditions...

You are not providing any level of intellectual honesty...

If I am wrong please give me a reasonable definition of fear mongering?

You sound as if you are changing you argument. You state that GW and his lackeys got us into the problem, but he acted with the Democratic congress. They are ALL responsible. It surely has not been my actions to put this country on the auction block where it is now.
I go to work, pay my taxes, my mortgage and do not suckle from the welfare tit.

Read through the Stimulus package. Read through the $410B spending bill. Check out the $900M we are sending to Gaza.
Read through the first Stimulus from GW (which if I may remind you Obama voted for and helped distribute the funds).

You tell me if these are the wishes of the American people. Thus I say the government is not representing the voice of the American people they are working their own agenda. Citi Bank will be owned 40% by the US government. This is a huge step toward Nationalizing the banking industry.
