Neoconservatism is a political philosophy that emerged in the United States. This does not accurately describe me. I care not for "national interests abroad" The country can be self reliant without depending on other nations. Free trade is good but i do not agree with our meddling in world affairs even if for our own gain.

While I would like to refrain from getting into a peeing contest, I thought the idea was that Beck had presented these scenarios as truth, he did not.
He said the scenarios are a possibility.
Far fetched, and he says he hopes he is wrong, not fear mongering. I see an attempt to get people to see the world not through any filter or one or the other party's spin, but as we in the nation as a whole will be affected by what may come our way.
I stand by earlier post.

We are because we voted these knuckle heads into office, but it ultimately lies on the shoulders of the people in office. They are the once not doing the jobs they were elected to do.

You sound as if you are changing you argument. You state that GW and his lackeys got us into the problem, but he acted with the Democratic congress. They are ALL responsible. It surely has not been my actions to put this country on the auction block where it is now.

Read through the Stimulus package. Read through the $410B spending bill. Check out the $900M we are sending to Gaza.
Read through the first Stimulus from GW (which if I may remind you Obama voted for and helped distribute the funds).

You tell me if these are the wishes of the American people. Thus I say the government is not representing the voice of the American people they are working their own agenda. Citi Bank will be owned 40% by the US government. This is a huge step toward Nationalizing the banking industry.
